Free coffee for a week... thank you!

Via email, I got an invitation from Dunkin' Donuts (because they want me to return), so I went to the Pearl City location. It's a clean, cozy takeout establishment with a drive-through.

Gabby (the shift leader) was the friendly, helpful, efficient cashier who patiently waited while I updated my app. She took a look at my email (to make sure that the offer wasn't expired) and asked if I wanted my Coffee flavored. She said they're "not like Starbucks"... LOL! I asked about non-dairy creamer - there's none - so, I asked for Mocha flavor.

Since I was there, I also got Avocado Toast with bacon and a chocolate frosted Donut with sprinkles... yum yum! The Toast was crunchy, and the Donut was soft and not too sweet!

I also tried the mobile ordering on the app and got a Breakfast Empanada for just $2.00! Woot woot! The sausage in it was a tad bit spicy, and the crust was warm and flakey! Nom nom!

Not coming back here again for a donut

Visited Dunkin Donuts at Pearlridge mall for some jelly filled munchkins! The store was clean and well lit. The trays were full of choices and the counter person smiled but clearly wanted me to hurry up with my choices lol.
I picked up a mix of 10 munchkins (powdered sugar, chocolate and jelly filled) for a later snack.

This DD location service is astonishing! Great customer service.

The workers there were very helpful and kind. I was greeted with a smile and welcome. The little girl had helped me when I had a question about the menu and drinks. The drinks and food were great. Even though the store was a little busy, they did great in their part of giving my order correctly. I had ordered 4 drinks and 2 sandwiches and I could tell it was made with love. I reccommend coming to this location. Best service ever!

Poor customer service. No acknowledgment when we arrived at the window for a good 4 mins. No common courtesy or pleasantries, just exchange of money & food. Very dry experience.

I don't have any complaints about the food or drinks I've gotten but the lack of customer service is evident when the employee is sitting behind the pick up counter on her phone barely acknowledging you. I get it, you're not busy but if you're being thanked the least you can do is verbally respond.

This Dunkin Donuts has a drive thru, which is very convenient. All of the donuts are wonderful to me - especially the donut holes(easy to pop in the mouth quickly). Terrific blended drinks and coffee also yummy.

Service inside and in the drive thru is great to me. Courteous and always correct.

Inside of this branch is very small. Mostly a take out location. There are benches outside if u need to eat immediately after purchase.

Just dropping some love to this location. The morning crew is phenomenal. Always extremely pleasant and accurate. I normally do mobile ordering and pick-up in the drive through. Their Bacon,Egg, Croissant is definitely worth checking out and they're a better coffee alternative to other competitors.

The drive-thru cashier was nice but the coffee sucked. So sad that they stopped serving their butter pecan which was my fave. So I tried their buttee toffee. Yuck. Tastes like watered down iced coffee. Thought I'd just have to stir it, but nope. Still yucky. Will have to find a new favorite place now. Kyra coffee kiosk outside of Don Quijote Kaheka is still the best to me. Too bad there's not a location closer to home

The cashier Kaylee has great customer service skills and she was quick.
On the other hand, there was another younger girl doing the drive through and making the coffees. She was very rude and gave attitude.
I was waiting for my coffee for almost 10 min. She had put a coffee on the counter without announcing what it was. But I had checked it anyway. There was a sticker saying Drive thru Caramel Macchiato. Which isn't what I ordered, so I don't take it. I see that they are busy so I wait. As I was about to ask someone, a different lady noticed the order on the counter and announced it as my order. I was surprised, and I simply asked if it really was. I did not want to take what I did not pay for. That lady then asked that younger girl if it was. She said it was, as she picked it up like I was wasting her time. Without addressing me she announced "It's STILL a sunset coffee" and put it back to the counter, walked away.
The attitude was so not appreciated. I get it, I've been in her shoes. It's getting busy, so it's frustrating. But there were ways to make that transaction easier.
Just wanted to make sure it was my order and I'm not taking someone else's.
Anyway(...sorry for the rant), donuts are good. There breakfast items are pretty decent. Coffee is decent. I would go back for convenience, and if I have no other choices for breakfast.
