      1 check-in

This was random stop for a sweet treat. We arrived to make a drive-thru order and realized you couldn't see the menu good at all. Lighting for the board was broken and no other source was available. So, we decided to go in. The store was clean and one of the two workers was friendly. The other just stood with an attitude and didn't acknowledge anyone.

I really didn't care as I was in a mission for a sweet treat not customer service. We did come later in the evening so there wasn't a lot of choice but what I wanted was front and center - the brownie batter donut! The other two just looked interesting.

Once we paid and strolled back the car, I started my mini taste tasting haha. The brownie batter was true to the name - it was like eating a spoon of batter! So good! The other two had filling as well - the apple had an apple pie filling and the last one a normal creme filling. Of the two - the apple was amazing!

Would I go back? Not really. But hey you might have a different opinion than me based on the time you go - so give it a try!

To the male black supervisor or Manager with the headset.
You Sir need training in customer service.
Rolling your eyes and respinding to simpl questions in a condescending ma or is uncalled for.
On numerous occasions this Manager showes a careless regard in simple tasks, the place is mess, he fumbles with .aking drinks and talks back to customers. No wonder why this location has 1 star, take a look at the leadership performance...non-existant. You Sir Suck as a Manager.

After I went in to this Dunkin I looked around and the place was clean and nice with a couple of people eating at the indoor tables, it was raining outside so no one was at the outdoor seating.
The young man at the counter was efficient didn't seam to want to be there.
I ordered a coffee with a little cream and a little sugar, a doughnut , a croissant sandwich, a separate egg, bacon and a side of hash browns.
I got my coffee- it was almost all cream- I asked if he could pour 1/2 out and put coffee in the rest- still tasted of cream it seemed like the coffee was super weak.
They forgot my doughnut (I went back in) he said Oh and gave me one It was decorated pretty and shaped like a heart.
It was ok - not much filling.
The sandwich and other items were thrown in the bag- looked awful but tasted ok.

      Doughnuts
      Bismark pretty very little filling

Arrived 1 minute after ordering ahead. Only to discover the kids closed at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. Money wasted

Donuts are old and stale every time I come here. I do not recommend this place. They continue to disappoint me. I'm done giving them by business.

To be honest, this is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I used to at least be able to go in the store in the mornings and pick up my mobile order. Now they've locked the doors so nobody can go in and it's only drive thru because the workers couldn't handle it. Every weekend I know I better plan about 30 minutes on average just to get my order. The drive thru window is always staffed with young kids who take their time and mess around in the back. Honestly would stop coming here and go to Starbucks in grace park instead but I prefer the tea at Dunkin over Starbucks... but honestly. It's getting less and less worth it. I have always had quick and polite service at Starbucks. It's like another world and it's just across the street. I've never been in line there more then 5 minutes despite how long the line actually is.

As I sit here in line waiting for my to go order that I placed about (you guessed it, 35 minutes ago), I just found out they don't even have the tea I wanted to get before my class. Cool I guess. But I could've avoided waiting 35 minutes by just walking in and being told instead of having to wait even longer than usual.

For me to give a review for a business and not give it 4 or 5 stars, you know shit has to be bad there. If you go to this location at a time where more than 2 people want donuts, be prepared to wait for longer than you thought possible. And for your wait, you will rewarded with stale and old tasting donuts. The drive thru is reminiscent of 1995 era New York subway intercoms. You can barely understand anything, which is compounded by how fast and uncaring the people there speak, while mid conversation with their coworkers. One day, they weren't selling sandwiches. No reason given. What a weird franchise. Just go to the one down the street.

This location is full of teenager who doesn't know what they are doing. They either mess up your order or your mobile order would never be ready when you arrive. I have been here four times in the past week and every single time I have to wait 5-10 mins to get my drink, which defy the whole point of mobile order . One time, there were five people working and three people waiting for their mobile orders. Turns out the order was ready, they just didn't want to leave it at the pick up station and didn't bother to tell us.
