work for Caliber Collision and use this company daily to pick up customers vehicles from their homes, storage lots, accident scene, and also drop off once completed. Rob and Ron are amazing and make my job so much easier. They work fast, professional, convenient, and friendly. The are conscientious and respond quickly. I have also referred them multiple times, due to my positive experiences and everyone always says how patient and polite the drivers are. Even when one of my customers was stranded after hours I called and they got right out to help no problem. They have never disappointed me or my customers, and I continue to receive positive feedback about Dougherty towing. I wanted to write a review for them because of everything they do for me the guys really are a class act.

My husband and I own a local shop and handle police towing for our area. On May 10th, Dougherty's called to pick up a towed vehicle from our shop but we were closing early due to my mother passing. Dougherty's was advised they would need to come by 2pm or would need to pick up Monday. Needless to say, they did not pick up Friday and come Monday morning I received a nasty phone call from the owner Ron. Ron began by accusing our office of not releasing the vehicle to his tow truck driver when in fact his driver was not even at the correct location. He said he could see on the GPS that he is driver was here. He was at a location we weren't at for 15 plus years! Ron then rudely commented on the "excuse" we gave of "having a funeral or something on Friday". I think it goes without saying that he was inconsiderate and hurtful when I just buried my mother three days prior. Furthermore, Ron did not even apologize for his rude demeanor once realizing his tow driver was in the wrong location. Unfortunately, my husband dropped a set of keys in the towed vehicle in which we had to contact Dougherty's to try and retrieve them. Even then, Ron's attitude was disgraceful and said we are closed
today call back tomorrow. He said he was doing that because we had closed for my mom's funeral. My husband and I have been in business for 35 years and never dealt with someone so rude, unprofessional and showing no compassion at all to a grieving daughter. After these circumstances and reading other reviews, I felt it was appropriate to voice my experience with Dougherty's Towing.

Way overpriced. Take advantage of the situation you are in and have not problem over charging you.
