Donatos Pizza

I hate thin crust and they didn't ask what kind of crust I wanted taste was ok tho I did t get any napkins or plates didn't notice till I was gone and I ordered onions and didn't get them

Do not order from this Dominos. They have been going down hill for years and have hit rock bottom. Cheese looked and tasted days old. Flavor was subpar at best. Soggy crust. Veggies actually looked reheated? No real garlic flavor in the garlic bread? Cinnamon bread tasted flour, in a bad way. Forgot part of our order. Save yourself the heartache. Disgusting.

The pizza did not look appealing as the veggies are under cooked and not enough cheese to accommodate . However I appreciate the customer service I received. I Showed up 14 minutes before closing and had been in search for last minute food close to home. The gentleman at the window was super kind to get my order and and offer to take an order of whatever I wan. 10 minutes later he brought out the pizza and was very nice. I just wish the Veggies were cooked.

Haven't even gotten my food yet while I'm writing this- but the place is pretty dirty and gross. The keyboard for their computer they take the orders on is GNARLY and dirty, and the people who are making the pizzas are the ones taking the order- and based on watching them in the kitchen, they don't wash their hands after touching the keyboard or put on gloves. The tables and seats were covered in crumbs and even the t-shirts the employees wore were gross and dirty. Definitely won't be back.

If I could leave less than a one star, I would. I place an order at 7:15 for it to be delivered at 7:45. I get a call from an employee harassing me about leaving a tip and then he hangs up. When the order hadn't arrived at 8:15, I call them and was told the order was just sitting on the shelf. So I go up there to get a text saying it will be delivered at 8:50. The driver completely disregarded my request to just leave it on the porch. WORST RESTAURANT!! Would never do this!

This place is dirty and disgusting. I made a complaint on their website about two months ago and thought I would go back to see if they made any changes. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again! The drive thru window looks like it has never been cleaned just as the kitchen. The floors and everything in the area was disgusting. Looked like black grease running down the wall from the ceiling where the food was placed for pick up. The employees were dirty too. Guys with long dirty fingernails gross! Dirty clothes and aprons! I ordered a pizza and party twist. Both were under cooked. The party twist were not edible. The middle was still doughy, way under cooked. As someone else mentioned in another review employees don't like to come to the drive thru window they walk by like you're not there. This location is horrible I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Donato's is a popular pizza chain in this area that I often forget about because there's no locations here in Indiana (not in Lawrenceburg/Aurora anyway.) The few times I've had it I remembered liking it so I ran over to this location and got a pickup order. I'm not sure if they're offering inside dining yet as I ordered mine ahead of time and got it through a drive thru window they had. The order was ready when I got there and the staff that I dealt with were friendly. The food was still hot even after a 30 minute drive home so yay for that. I got the Ultimate 4 Cheese Pizza on their famous thin crust. They did indeed put a lot of cheese on there and it was pretty good. Although I'm a big fan of thin crust pizza I thought there's was almost too thin and brittle making it very cardboard like. Even if you wanted to do the New York thing and fold it over and eat it as a pizza wrap you couldn't do it because the crust would break. I like the toppings and I remember especially liking their sausage in the past (I was just in the mood for a lot of cheese on this day) so next time I'll get a little thicker crust that'll better support their great toppings. My wife and kids got the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella Pizza on their cauliflower crust and they all liked that very much. My wife needs to eat gluten-free and said that this crust was one of the best out there. There's a lot to like about Donato's and in the future I will check out the hoagies, sides, and other pizza options. For me this was good except their super thin crust which may just be a personal preference thing.

So we ordered these pizza and all I can say was we were very happy with our food. We both tried cauliflower crust. This was our first time trying this type of crust and I have to say it was definitely a hit. Best part of the crust was it wasn't greasy what so ever. The Asiago cheese bread with the dipping sauce was great. I highly recommend this place I hope everyone try's the cauliflower crust if you're into trying something different.

I absolutely LOVE their pepperoni pizza as well as their Mariachi Beef pizza (shreds of beef and jalapeno peppers topped with sour cream) and wings! Its always been obe of my favorite pizza chains and the dine-in option is clean with great service.

We just got the worst large meat lovers pizza ever! Usually you get a generous amount of meat, but today 3 pieces of meat had no meat on corners. The girl at the drive thru window offer us plates but we couldn't
Talk to the manger. No dipping sauce in pizza you have to pay for it now. We always loved the meat lovers pizza . Pizza and service was
very Bad!!!!
