Domino's Pizza

Never again will we support Domino's Pizza Bellefontaine Neighbors! We ordered 5 pizzas at 7pm tonight. Waited in line for over 25 mins just to get to the window for the manger to tell me that "IM LOOKING FOR YOUR ORDER"! Looking for my order??? Huh u lost my order or what's going on here? Then she proceeds to say "WE GOTTA NEW CREW IN HERE" then she walks away and tells me she has 3 out of my 5 pizzas ready and if I wanted to wait I would have to go wait in the BACK OF THE LINE and wait! Never again! And don't even support them worst experience ever!

Food makes you sick. Food poisoning?
Received today 08/02/20 cold pizza and "cold chicken". Iam feeling sick to my stomach. We ordered online. Was now sitting 45 min on phone, but nobody pickup phone.
Do not order here, if you want to stay alive!!!

This Domino's took my money and never delivered my pizza. It's been weeks and I've tried to reach out to the store and I'm always put on hold. Then I reached out to Corporate and they told me that they reached out to the owner, with no response. All I want is my money back and they will NEVER be bothered with me again.
This is not for all stores, just this one...Just unprofessional.

This place is horrible I ordered cheese and pepperoni pizza on 08/01/21 and my whole house got sick everybody was throwing up they honestly need to be shut down

Jan 15, Ordered 3 topping pizza online. Receive all cheese, which wasn't bad, but wanted what I ordered. Called back to be told by a nice lady, (matter of fact, all of the ladies were courteous at pickup). I only ordered a cheese pizza. I pulled up my order summary. It stated (word for word).

Coupons- Large 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 every day Carryout. Qty. item 1 large 14 '' Thin Pizza. price, $7.99 There was Nothing about cheese only, anywhere on the summary. I have the screenshot.

The young lady verified with the manager, I could bring it back. It was too cold and far to come back the same night. When I asked to speak with a manager to make later arrangements, I was informed, she went out to make a delivery but would call me back, but never did. I find fault with the manager for not returning the call. And by the way that's false advertising. The workers are trained but not well to try cover managements marketing flaws and deceptive tricks. Get a new manager for that shift. By the way, if workers are not in on this, why don't they open the box for customers at pickup. I smell a rat. Back to IMOS

this had me in tears rolling on the floor!! when i got home all settled in ready to eat with the fam and when i tell you i laughed like i know they did not give me these skeet ass wings!! but i guess i get what i paid for and the location pizza was ok and so was the philly.

This is one of the most unprofessional establishments that I have ever been to. I live in walking distance from this location and it still takes them over an hour and a half to deliver my food. Because of that I decided to pick up my food and when I attempted to do so the girls in there were so loud and rowdy. This place always has my order wrong and cold. This last time I ordered my children even got sick. Thanks but no thanks. I will stick with pizza hut from now on if I don't have time to cook. I really just want my money and my life back. Don't not waste your time. Just cook dinner. This is the worst fast food spot in the area.

The pizza would be better if they actually put SAUCE on it !! Asked for extra sauce didn't get any at all!! $16 down the drain

This place sucks I waited a hour for my pizza and watched the tracker and nothing moved no one will answer the damn phone so I drove up there and they told me the manager just quit and they hadn't made any orders the dude had a least like 30-40 orders it looked like my question is what we're the other employees doing for the whole hour then they told me I had to get out and go to the drive through to talk to them I just requested my money back and he said it would be 3-5 days how can I trust I'll get my money back when they can't even figure out how to deliver a pizza

We put our order in for pick up at 5:30 they said it would take them an hour so we accepted that because it's a Saturday. Got there to get my pizzas and they claimed we never put in a order.
I know I put my order in at Lewis& clark road because all the other Domino's was to busy to place a order. The sad thing is the "3" people in front of me called the order in to the same place and they didn't put their order in. I work in customer service so I know how customers and a business should be ran and this business should just shut down! The owner shouldn't waste his time anymore giving these people jobs! I was all for the wages to go up but after seeing this they don't deserve a paycheck for tonight because they sure the hell didn't put in any work! I do give props to the lady running the register she went off on all them boys in the back! You could tell it had been a long day for her. I don't blame her at all for what had happened but them boys in the back need to be fired they evidently don't want to work so why give them the job! We ended up going somewhere else for dinner at 8 o'clock at night because that's how long it took me to not get my Pizza's I ordered
