Domino's Pizza

I remember HATING Dominos Pizza growing up. "Yuk- tastes like the cardboard box it came in!"

But things have changed. About a decade ago, there was a huge marketing campaign about changing their Pizza. It's been consistently good ever since.

I love ordering online. It's easy. I like to avoid human contact as much as possible times lol

My usual orders include: cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza (mmm yes I am amongst the finest people who put pineapple on their pizza!), and stuffed cheesy bread. All very good.

I've had dominos twice in my life. Got it for the second time just for something different. But man this Pizza is almost inedible it's so salty. So much so that it feels like it's burning your mouth from the sodium.
The parm bread knots were good but again. Pure salt.
Little Cesars is better than this and half the price. Never again

2.5 stars? Someone gone cray cray. I just ordered a 12" deep dish pizza after leaving the Consumer's in Lockport. The store is at best 5 minutes away. I got there and it was already done. I got it home and noticed I evidently ordered jalapeño instead of banana peppers, but that was no worry. The pizza was superb! The dough was thick, with the perfect amount of cooked breadiness and crispy bottom. Flavor was on point for all of it. Crunchy buttery crust, zesty sauce, loads of cheese, pepperoni crispy but not burned. I'd take their pies over any other Lockport joint's any day. No lie.

Dominos is my number one place when I want convenience food, but on a budget. Or when I have to feed a larger amount of people (like at a kids bday). I see Domino's gets a lot of flack ... and I don't know about other locations .. but this one gives great quality food for the price! Great deals / coupons!

My typical is order is just a medium hand tossed cheese pizza and stuffed cheesy bread! My only personal complaint is that I think it taste just horrible reheated ... but I don't like too many things reheated anyway so don't take me for my word because that's when I get very picky. But the fresh pizza is great and so is the bread and they are on the list of items for which if you buy 2 or more from the list, they are $5.99 each. So for about $13 it almost feeds 3 people (my son and I eat the cheesy bread, my roommate doesn't like cheese, but likes pizza, so all three of us share the pizza - then my roommate will usually just have something sweet for dessert to top him off). Where else can you feed 3 people for $13?

And speaking of desserts, they do carry some desserts! Chocolate lava crunch cakes (yum) and marbled cookie brownie (also yum). I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I don't order them often but they are good. They also have cinnamon bread twists, plain or with a side of baked apple dip! I haven't tried them but sounds good...

I have also had 2 of their oven baked sandwiches: the Philly Cheesesteak and the Chicken Bacon Ranch. I'm a fan! I will say they are a little dry, but other wise good and of quality!

My son has had their pasta bowls and he says they're good. I haven't tried them. They also have a variety of chicken and flavors (chunks, boneless wings, and regular wings). And salads!

For drinks, they have some Coke products, including Dasani water.

You can dine in I'm pretty sure ... I haven't been inside this location but it looks big enough, carryout, carside carryout, delivery, and my personal favorite - order online and pick up in the drive thru!!! Wooohhooooo I'm staying in my PJ's!!!

Honestly. Don't knock it til ya try it .. or try it again if you haven't had it in the last decade. I went almost 20 years without Domino's because my memory told me it tasted like cardboard lol well cardboard no more! Their pizza packs flavor. Give it a shot.

We were looking for a quick pizza fix and decided to take advantage of a coupon offer at Domino's. For a "quick fill me up" Domino's did their job. Unfortunately the quality and flavor were less than expected. Basically I paid $2 more per pizza than it's quality and flavor equivalent at the local gas station convenience store.

This will never happen again. In the future if I am not patient enough to wait the customary 35 minutes at my favorite pizza place then I will find something else to eat or worse case, pick up a pizza ready in 5 minutes at the corner gas station.

The 2 stars I'm giving are for the generous amount a pepperoni on the pizza.

Worst Dominos shop in the country, seems like it has no supervisor or district manager or if there's one he is not paying attention to this location. I was a walk in customer on 11/3/2023 at 6:32pm, I ordered a Philly Cheese Stake Sandwich and waited long cause all stalf was busy talking in their own language, 100% staff is Bangladeshi . When I received my order it was not what I ordered instead it was tots not my sandwich, I told them I got wrong order please correct it I want my sandwich. Manager came his name is Tipu and he refused to give me my sandwich he said we already made this for you and what I'm going to do with this we can not correct your order! I asked him to give my money back, he refused to give me my money back and Slammed and threw the box towards the people who were making pizza. While he was walking away without giving my money back I told him you are keeping my money and not giving me my order I will call your corporate office, he got very angry and all his gang of Bagalidashi team started yelling at me and saying "Go and do it call corporate !" Not only that they said not to come back but manager Tipu told the gang not to serve him (me) if he comes again, another customer was able to make a video of this incident. What kind of customer service this dominos pizza location has?

I've never tried Domino's, but was pleasantly surprised by their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza w/Bannana Peppers. There's no sauce, which is interesting (I think a little hoagie style sauce would be a good addition), just a blend of provolone and American cheese. It tasted a lot like a steak hoagie you would order from your local pizza place. My only dissapointment was the outer crust didn't have garlic oil, and I thought that was included. Still very much enjoyed it.

Update:

Their Pepperoni pizza was not good, had one slice of the 20 dollar pizza and threw out the rest. So I'm taking a star off my original review. Still recommend the Philly cheese steak though.

Although Domino's doesn't have the best reputation, I like Brooklyn style (crunchy thin Crust) with Alfredo sauce and premium chicken.

We order it from different stores. I had a terrible experience in drive through.
No one cared and I swing in!
It was fine!
Again no one cared to help customers!

Need much attention to customer service to succeed in the business!

I saw some reviews about them forgetting to put the sauce with your order and they do !!!
This is the second time they don't include it with my order ! Their pizza is great though ! Hands down the best fast food style pizza !!!
Very very rude stuff, we did get to the drive through to pick up our online order , not only they did not come to the window but it took them 10 minutes to give us our order which was ready 10 minutes ago ! They were seeing us but they did bother to come up front !!!!
This pizza deserves a much better customer service!!! Very awful and disappointing

I have been pleasantly surprised with this location. My go to pizzeria closed and the ones that took it over is outrageously expensive that I can't justify spending that much on their pizza. Waiting almost 2 hours for pizza is crap.
We have ordered from here 3 times in the past few months and every time the order was ready super fast and correct.
We ordered on the app and it gives you real time updates. This location has a drive thru window which is an amazing idea and great feature. The flavors are so much better then I remembered from years ago.
The value you get for 2 pizzas and a box of garlic knots Is really good fix for a quick family dinner.
The front parking lot is pretty tight but it does have a back parking.

Let Me just start this by explaining that I was not even close to a domino's fan and it was my 2nd to last choice...
I'm a picky eater and it was late in a hotel. My options were pretty much them and yings so I went with them.
Guy that took my order was super helpful and friendly.
I got a medium pepperoni feast with extra cheese , butter garlic crust, and ranch to dip it in.
It was delivered FAST by a really nice guy with plates and napkins even though I didn't ask for them.
When I say fast delivery I mean it, the guy said 30-40 and it was there in like 20 so hot and gooey that I has to let it cool down before I could eat it.
Great flavor and experience I'm honestly impressed it was that great.
