Domino's Pizza

Food isn't bad, but the delivery service left much to be desired today. I placed an order at 3:50 PM and it didn't get here until around 5:15 PM. I was beginning to wonder if they had to go to Alaska to make my order...geez! When my food did arrive, it was lukewarm and I had to reheat it. Whatever happened to delivery in 30 minutes or less?

If I could give half a star I would. The driver had our food in her car for over an hour and was a 15 minute walk away. I understand that it's hard to find workers these days but this is ridiculous. Then when we call it's nothing but excuses and attitude.

The worst Domino's!! They never have a delivery driver and they never answer the phone!! They should close this location down!

Waited over 2 hours for an order and they could not even answer the phone to update me or even allow me to cancel. Do not even bother attempting to order form here.

For delivery I love these guys always on time and willing to go the extra mile Quality Control lax some days recent order I placed came with cheesy bread uncut and my pizza made wrong

With all the small, locally owned pizza shops around, we got away from the national brands. After a visit to family in Michigan, where we had Domino's, we decided to try our local Domino's. The results were the same, delicious . Most local shops on a Friday night you can wait 30-90 minutes for an order for pickup or delivery. I live 4 miles away and from ordering on the app to the dinner table, we were eating in less than 20 minutes. I did the car side delivery and used one of the app coupons. The price was great. The service was super fast and friendly and the food was delicious. My wife and I agreed this will be our new favorite pizza shop. Can't wait to try other menu items.
After reading many posts about bad delivery and cold food it looks like pickup from the store is the best option.

Literally the worst dominos you can possibly go to. Rude staff, pizza is never delivered to my home and almost ALWAYS delivered to another house on the other half of the block even though I give specific detailed instructions to my home. Don't even try to call because they will just hang up on you. Sauces left out, pizza will sit outside before it's even marked delivered, just don't lol. I've had one girl that delivered my pizza that was amazing and called me to tell me she was outside and wanted to make sure she was at the right home and she was so kind and was tipped well. Other than that, horrible pizza and horrible service. Corporate should just shut this one down.

I got my breadsticks literally they were just bread! I wanted to use a coupon I had (8 breadstick for a dollar) and they denied it, thats what I should have paid for for what I got. Not to forget the fact that there seems to never ever be a manager there to speak with. Pizza lacked the extra toppings that were requested.
Do NOT give these ppl your business

Don't order from here. Just don't do it. Deliver takes forever. Food arrives cold. Management lies about status of orders. Spend the extra few dollars and order from somewhere that cares about their customers.

Dominos store #9073 appeared to be operating without a delivery driver last night. i ordered food and it never came. Tried calling back and was consistently hung up on. called from a different number and was told they can remake the food if you come get it. No mgr onsite and was refused a refund. now i have to spend time to escalate. i guess they can do this because they are a business?

If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered a pizza. Said "delivered" on the app AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER. Due to COVID, food is left on the porch but guess what, no food was left on the porch. I attempted to call the location and was only asked the location for the delivery, was told to call back and was hung up on. I was given an opportunity to even explain what had happened. When no call was returned 20 minutes later, I called again. As the employee was looking into it, I watched a delivery guy leave the food on the porch TWO HOURS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. Got the food inside and everything was ICE COLD. I have tried to contact this dominos 3 times since the food was delivered and no one will answer. I do understand that due to the pandemic they are probably busy, but there is no reason for a 2 hour delivery, rude customer service, and cold food. Will not be ordering from here again.
