Very smooth streamlined process. I received a reply for my quote within minutes. By the weekend my home inspection was done and I'm now on my way to a quick closing. Very detailed report was supplied which I then used for my repair requests. Highly recommended services.

Salvador is OUTSTANDING at what he does. He explains his Inspections and findings so thoroughly to my clients. His reports are some of the best I've seen. He has newer software which makes my job as a broker twice as easy when we have to request repairs from a seller. He also walks his report with the client afterwards and also points out where watershut offs are, gas lines/meters etc.... Just a good guy all around!

As part of a new home inspection, we employed the services of Salvador. He was not only very thorough and meticulous in documenting his findings, but also very patient in answering all our questions post-inspection. He is very professional, and has a customer centric point of view that is a rare commodity these days. I hope to employ his services again in the future, and recommend him 100%

I'm not sure why these other reviews are so low. I thought Salvador was very nice and very professional! He was very good at handling all of the millions of questions that come from my buyers. He puts together a very professional report for my clients and is always punctual with creating it. He always answers his phone which makes it convenient when working with him because questions come up at all hours of the day.

Salvador did an outstanding job inspecting my roof and interior wall for water and mold damage. His professional attitude and attention to detail including taking excellent pictures of the damage will help me process my claim. He also provided a detailed inspection report.

I'm very confused by this company. Salvador was nice, courteous, and professional. He walked me through the home and made it sound like a good home. What has me shaking my head is the written report. A VAST contrast to his verbal report. His report made the house sound like it was going to come crashing down. NOT what he vocalized to us in person. Very confused and in hindsight, I'd have used someone with better reviews.

I have used this company a couple of times and they are courteous, prompt and very reasonable. Salvador takes the inspection process very seriously and I felt confident in my decision. The report is detailed, complete and timely. don't think twice about calling them.

ZERO STARS! They completely failed to visibly inspect my HVAC coil. even though their report claimed it was inspected and was in good working order. Turns out the coil was damaged from a 10 year accumulation of pet hair (I have no pets). Cost me $3,500 to fix this, and Sal refused to take any responsibility for his complete failure and misrepresentation on his written report. He claimed that it must have happened after he inspected my house, which is impossible, as I do not own a pet and no pets have been in my house since I became the owner. This guy is incompetent and I would never use him again. I can't believe that John K. Miller the "#1 realtor in Trilogy" recommended this guy.

ZERO STARS!!! This company is a joke!! Salvador owes my family a much deserved refund!!...ASBESTOS!....EVERYWHERE!...since cali home inspectors don't NEED to be LICENSED, our buddy, Sal, takes full advantage of this!! Not only did he not have any clue what asbestos looked like or how to find a well or septic, he told us weeks after his inspection that we were asbestos-free!! Thank GOD, a friend pointed out EXPOSED asbestos, after Sally assured us that our home was in the clear!! We impressed upon him, that we expected our potential New home to possibly contain Asbestos....especially being that we are doing remodeling ourselves, we wanted to be POSITIVE not to have asbestos!....anywhere!
He promises to do a thorough, specific asbestos inspection, collecting samples from all different areas of our, soon to be, family home. Looking back, I doubt he ever sent any samples anywhere! After buying, our new home, contingent on sloppy Sally's inspection, (dumb!) my husband confronted him about the staggering amount of overlooked asbestos and he tried to play it off like it was OUR faults at first. But, then after my husband insisted on getting a refund, being that Sally didn't not only not do his job, he costed us precious time, money, and HEALTH!, Dominguez has the balls to say he will come safely remove the Hazmat. I feel stupid having even hired him, but hind sight....sigh. Now that we are in deep with this jerk, we make another rash decision. We let him do the removal!! (FYI, he called my husband the night before, asking for food and travel money!...whoTF are u??)
Well, you can guess the rest of our experience with Salvador!! He was late,(no biggs), he opened a window for ventilation right where my kids and I were playing...debris raining on their toys.um,(biggs), He did not remove even close to all of the Asbestos as promised,(biggs). When the job was "done", Sally ran to his truck leaving his trash and half of the Asbestos, honked his horn at our gate with his tail between his legs and hurried away.
I am now left with a vacuum filled with Hazmat, random pieces of it strewn around my property and home, and I feel sick and soooo stupid!! I let Dominguez property inspectors do what they are good at...ripping trusting good families off!!! I expect he is nothing more than a washed up, unemployed shit ex-contractor, ripping people off and putting LIVES AT RISK, I suppose out of carelessness, and selfishness. I wonder if people like him sleep well at night. :(
Please people, do more research on getting a home inspector in CA!! I wish cali required a license. So we could weed out the selfish shitty Sallys on the job.
