According to my father (he paid for it) it was excellent. He got the car he wanted.

I have mixed feelings about our experience with this location - hence the only reason it's getting a 2 (rather than 1). When we got to the rental counter I was shocked at the line!!! There must have been at least 25 people ahead of us (see pics). And to top it off there were only 3 employees. I made sure I kept track of how long it took us to get through the process of getting our pre-reserved car. 45 minutes from the moment we stepped in line to the moment we left the employee. The actual process, once we reached an employee, didn't take long. But that line! Ridiculous way to start a vacation.
The process of returning the car was easy and fairly quick. We pulled in the parking structure, followed the signs to Dollar, then waited about 5 minutes for someone to come check over the car.
The price of the rental car was good compared to others BUT that was mainly because they don't give you your money back if canceled. With covid we really took our chances on renting without a money back option. Worst service ever
Upon my arrival at the location the associate was very angry he was working late and that I would have to come back in the morning. I had no way of getting off the airport so he said he will do me the favor and rented me the car.
He walked to the parking lot with his backpack on his back and left me in the lot and go. I was in the parking lot at that time of the night for about 35 minutes with no one to help me.
I started honking the horn and finally another person came and said you can take the car and I went on the ask what is the price he said the price you have $228 and was able to let me out of the lot.
The next day I saw the amount was different and called customer service was told I have to wait after I return the vehicle to adjust the price. I return the vehicle at 11:38 and the contract was never closed. I called customer service again who said they will send a request to have the contract close then call back and I did.
I waited 22 minutes in line to speak with the manager at the counter he never came, left him my number never called. Called again this morning and was told by Amber from billing who said that no supervisor to speak with and continue to say if I want he can try to refer me to a manager but their will be no adjustment to the bill and it stands
Is that how customers are treated? Is the customer centric service? I am awaiting a response because I did not ask for any upgrade and from the moment I rented the car, leaving me in a parking lot alone by your associate for over 30 minutes, unable to leave is that the service that Hertz have Dollar render to customer.
Now they added upgrade price and my $228 rental is now $292 and no one, absolutely no one care to hear me out. The supervisor said the amount stand and will not be adjusted. Please be careful renting at Dollar Car Rental

absolutely the worst experience. had to wait almost two hours in line to pick up my car. the people who worked there didn't have a care in the world despite the long lines.
And then a bunch of mysterious charges after my ride

Terrible company with terrible service. We made an online reservation for less than $200 and when we arrived, we had to provide return flight info, they did a credit check, AND got charged over $800. Waited an hour in line to pay, and then waited an additional hour in the garage for them to find us a car. Save yourselves the headache and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ridiculous how long each transaction takes. Prepaid, drivers license uploaded and it should not take 15 + minutes. There has to be a better way.

This spot is a dumpster fire. Combo spot of Dollar + Thrifty...worst experience at a car rental service ever. I stood in line with a reservation and had the woman literally tell me they were closed and out of cars and just walked away from the counter as I had arrived there waiting behind another couple trying to get a car. The woman rudely just walked away from the counter. I already had paid for the reservation, so I'm guaranteed to have a car. You cannot just leave me hanging now. The most negligent customer service of my life.
I want my money back.
I arrived at the rental facility, waited in line at Thrifty. Watched 2 associates behind the desk.
One was wrapping up to leave. The other with other customers. The last associate then told us they were closed, and had no cars left.
I told her I had a prepaid and booked reservation so I'm guaranteed a car. She just walked away from the desk and completely disregarded us.
You scammed me. Priceline scammed me. You have my money in exchange for a vehicle. I had a car rental company walk away and failed to provide me with service when I've already paid them.
Absolute atrocious experience and if not refunded I'm disputing with Amex and will be filing a complaint about this facility with the better business bureau.

10pm on a Thursday night, Jan 25, 2024, No Dollar Express available, and only 2 people working. Dollar prices are great but you will wait in line for 1-3 hours. If renting from Dollar, dont prepay and have a backup reservation at another company (not Thifty bcuz it's the same company and line).

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. Huge line of people which took 2 hours to get through. Then had to wait in the garage for another 30mins for the car to be brought up. At one point only one person was working the counter. No hustle from the team. Dollar really needs to staff appropriately and get their act together.

Over a hour and a half wait in line and still have a lot of people ahead of me. Only one guy working. We ended up leaving the line and going over another car rental company.
