I had a simple repair done to an old android phone --replacing an injured charging port. Phone call was promptly answered by the fellow who was in charge (I assume the franchise owner or manager), who confirmed that the needed party was available. He stated the price up front (roughly half of what was quoted by another store, the one where I have gone in the past as assigned by Square Trade), and indicated that roughly half an hour to 40 minutes would be needed -- less than 20% of the time at which the other place said it would aim. In and out as promised. Glad to have been able to give them my business.

Fraz's relaxed sense of humor was also a plus!

I've been in this place a lot recently trying to figure out how to get my work laptop keyboard fixed. Each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do and ultimately were able to order the part I needed and install it. Overall they helped make a very frustrating experience fairly painless!

This place is just around the corner, but I never drop my phone so I didn't notice them or need their services until... I dropped my phone on asphalt last week. The screen cracked, part of the display went black, and I was sure I would have to either pay for expensive repairs or replace the phone altogether. What a pleasant surprise that this sort of damage (at least on my iPhone) could be fixed for a very reasonable price in less than 30 minutes!

And then, when there were serious battery issues after the repair and I thought I would have to replace my phone after all - I took it back and they replaced the battery, no questions asked.

Finally, they took care of my umbrella for a full week until I realized I had lost it - when I went back it was hanging on a hook waiting for me! :)

This place is the most affordable phone repair shop in DC. My screen was cracked, and my LED screen behind it was destroyed. My phone was totally unusable. I searched many places and received expensive quotas, but this place was the most affordable for a college students budget!

They replaced my screen, the LED screen, and gave me a screen protector. The cost? $100. Yes, I am being truthful hear and I swear to you that was the cost. In other places, the screen alone would cost $120 and the LED would be another $150 after that. My total was a third of the price. I feel like I'm ripping them off at this point.

Now if you are like me and need to fix your screen, come here! You will not regret it as seen by the pictures attached. I promise you this review is truthful and valid.

Now I must admit I was not there to repair my phone (so I probably shouldn't be writing a review) ~ but my "Wish" order had named this retail store as my pickup place. I went in and the guy there couldn't have been nicer. He took my information, went back to get it and shortly came back out with the items. He wasn't upset brag I wasn't buying anything (although they have some awesome things) but I know I will return.

Phone droppers of the Yelp world beware: your time may come!! But do not fear, DMV Unlocked Wireless is here.

Disclaimer for those getting their iPhone screens fixed: the saturation (not brightness, but how vivid the colors are) on the iPhone will not be perfect after, but will be about 90% there. I was a bit sad about this but you don't really notice after awhile. If you need your screen to be perfect, go to Apple and pay more.

Went there today to get my cracked screen fixed - super fast service, friendly staff, and reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend!

I've been waiting since May 10th for my phone to be unlocked. Finally reached out because my tracking link stopped working and was told my phone couldn't be unlocked. What a waste! Why make me wait so long to find out it couldn't be done?!?!

At this point, this is the only place I can bring myself to whenever I have any problems with my phones - it truly is my one stop shop for all my mobile needs.

Each time I have been greeted with a smile and helped by Fraz. He's always quick to troubleshoot and to find reasonable solutions that work within my budget and timeframe.

I've also bought phones from this location, as well as brought a couple in to get unlocked and I've always left a satisfied customer.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Not only did they damage my phone, tried lying about it, and would not give me a refund after saying they would, they also said some sexist things about me to my partner. I took my iPhone 11 because the screen was cracked. They failed to mention that the Face ID will stop working along with other complications that happen when you change screens of newer iPhones second hand. They tried lying about it and making excuses, until they accidentally admitted it that it "can" happen. After that, the older man with a beard offered to switch back screens and give me a refund. When I went back, he said that he wasn't going to do that anymore. When I talked about how upset I was, he turns to my boyfriend and tells him that he should control me and tell me to watch my mouth. I recommend just going to an apple store, pay the little extra for a much better outcome.
