I have used this location multiple times without issue.

I had a flat tire and needed to buy a new one. They added road hazard protection to all of my tires. They usually have the tire I need in stock too.

There is usually a wait time to get tires changed, but they do their best to accommodate me.

I would highly recommend the road hazard protection. You never know when you will hit a nail in your sidewall.

Mike the manager is friendly and helped explain what I needed and worked with me on price. I feel confident that my new tires are safe and that they would help me if I had further problems.

I have used this Discount Tire location for years, and had already sent my oldest two kids to them for new tires in the last few years. Earlier this week, my youngest daughter had a tire failure and needed two of hers replaced. Her failure occurred near a Belle Tire location so she got a pretty aggressive quote from them on their low end tire(~$90). I took my daughter to Discount, and showed them the quote. It was going to be difficult for them to beat it because they did not have their low-end (~$85) tire in stock. So instead, they gave us their more expensive (~$110) tire for price of their low end tire, generated a quote for $10 less....and committed to getting the work done that day!!!

This Discount Tire was at the right place at the right time. I had a nail in my tire. Less than a mile and a half to Discount Tire and less than 45 minutes and we were on our way. Bottles of water, comfy seats and a view of my vehicle as the tire was fixed and rotated amongst the others. Once again this is just another reason to always go to Discount Tire. They treat you well, are knowledgeable and are quick to get you back on the road. Discount Tire not only sells tires but also provides the after the sale support especially when you buy the tires from Discount Tire. The value they offer is the best, don't bother going anywhere else for tires. They will also check your air pressure for free. Hopefully I won't have to see you soon but if i do I know you'll have me ready to go in no time.

Helpful with taking care of a leak in my tire. I was in and out in about an hour. Went to the store in Pendleton pike in Lawrence Indiana.

I had pleasure of having Chuck (who has helped me several times) assistances with getting a tire on my car. I called in before coming to shop see if they had availability. Chuck was able to get me right in. I was able stay in my car while getting my tire fixed it was really quick. Alex and couple other guys helped! Customer service was A+. I go to this store every time need a tire!

Getting new shoes aka tires for your car is never a totally fun thing, after doing some research and comparing several locations in the city, I decided on discount tire, everything I read about theM made me feel at Ease, but I had to call ahead just to make myself feel better.
The customer service/sales rep was awesome, when I said I don't want bottom of the barrel, but I don't want to have to sell my kidney. What would I get? All of my questions were answered and I was very pleased with the pricing.
I made an appointment and showed up on Monday morning, they got me right in, and had me sit (with a mask on, hurray for covid safety) they placed my new tires on and now my car drives like a dream.
The inside is also very clean, and you can sit spaced out which is very important. When I need tires again I'll come here!

I've been a customer at this location for 10 years and never once had a bad experience. I quit looking for lower prices at other tire shops as their prices are usually the lowest. The sales folks are always polite and helpful, and the workers in the back always handle my cars well, especially the Corvettes.

I had a flat tire which was hard to fix for it was hard to find the puncture. I finally went to DISCOUNT Tires to figure out if it was a minor or severe puncture. Fortunately, it was a small one which they fixed right away. I did not have to pay anything! I was surprised. The staff were super accommodating and nice. They let me know the estimate time wait and would let me know once I was done. I was hungry so I walk to the nearest food place and return. After an hour wait, my car was ready and fixed.
