Discount Tire

Put 10,000 miles on a perfectly good tire these terds told me needed to be replaced.. this was on a Friday and they said the tire would be in on Monday.. almost a month later they called to let me know the tire was in; well clearly I don't need it if you told me It's not safe to drive on. Should have learned my lesson the first time when I went in for a nail removal. Picked up my car only to notice lube on the wrong tire which had no nail and the nail was still in the tire I brought it in for.. they corrected their mistake and then magically I had no valve stem covers on any tire.

Sean and the rest of the guys always take great care of me. I own a small rental car company and try and do all of my business there. Highly recommend!

WTH?!?! I recently bought all weather tires from this store and I didn't write a review?!?! Well let me tell you I patronized Discount Tire in Henderson Nv so I stuck with them here in Riverton. My tires were in need to upgrading now that I live in Utah. The selection process was painless. They made recommendations, I asked questions and I ended going with something different than what the system recommended and Im super happy with the performance and the sense of confidence I have driving in rain and snow.

I believe I got them on 1.05.23... yesterday I'm at work and wanted to go to lunch... my left rear tire was flat! What a pain. AAA found a nail stuck in the tire. it was late so I was nat able to get to the store before they closed so AAA filled the tire with air amd this morning the tire was not flat so I drove the short distance to my neighborhood Discount Tire and was in the service bay by 810am... they are fixing the tire for no charge!

Great service both visits on the phone and in person. Earned my business for life.

I will keep singing the praises of Discount Tire all the day long. They take such good care of my tire needs. I never feel like they take advantage of me, or my lack of tire knowledge. They get me in and out quickly. And the service is always great.

I've been here multiple times and customer service is great. They helped me price match a cheaper price I found online in the past.

On another visit, I bought their warranty and I had a flat that they couldn't repair so they got me new tires to replace them! I'd recommend the warranty.

Today I came in with a flat repair and they had it Done in about 15 mins (too be fair they weren't too busy when I came in). But in any case, I was very satisfied with today's visit and will be doing business here in the future.

Best service and experience ever at a tire shop! I came in a week ago to get air put into my tires and the tech let me know that the reason for the low pressure was because I had a nail or something in my tire. I told him I'd make an appointment and come back in.
I scheduled the appointment online which was so easy to do! The website is very user friendly and the process was really easy. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted right away and checked in right away. I was told the appointment would take about 45 minutes and they would keep me updated on the process.
They sent a text message giving you a link to follow the progress on your repairs. I thought was super helpful! It's nice to know where they're at with the process rather than sitting and wondering.
My appointment ended up only taking 30 minutes which was less than the time they quoted me, which is a nice surprise when dealing with car repairs! Also they were pretty busy so I was surprised how quickly they got done.
The tech was very friendly and explained what they had done to my car and even showed me what was found in my tire.
I will definitely be coming back here for all of my tire needs. Great customer service!!

This is the best location for any service! They are always so so nice and accommodating. I've been here for tire replacement, air inflation and patch repair and they are always really great to me! Highly recommend this location!

I asked upfront if they could they tell me if the tires needed balancing. They said they wouldn't know until after balancing the tires if it would fix the problem and hopefully balancing will fix the steering wheel from shaking.

They said they thought it would. I took the chance and after $100 paying for them to balance my tires; on the drive home my steering wheel shakes even worse than before. Ugh.

Hindsight I wish I wouldn't have paid to make something worse. Weird they are worse. C'est la vie.

To be objective and fair I drive a Wrangler, Jeep JK 2007 with 100k miles and the ball joint may need a replacement, which is what I will attempt next to fix the issue.

It's just frustrating to pay for something that didn't help.

Wife came in to buy tires last month. This morning we walk out to a flat tire. Looking at the tires it is one of the old ones.. they put three new ones on and left an old one. What kind of store does that to a woman??? Can you say safety hazard WTF. I like discount tire. But would warn anyone about coming to the Riverton location. This place needs to be sued and shut down.

They work hard to stay on time and do a damn good job of it!
Had set of tires I wasn't pleased with, they exchanged then no questions asked!
