Cyrus was so kind and helpful. I pulled up wondering how I was going to manage my sleeping toddler, but he came out as soon as I pulled up and took care of everything. I gave him my keys and took my sleeping boy inside without waking him up!

Just bad service. All the employees that I saw in the garage bay we're having a nice conversation. Obviously there was nothing to do.... I went in anyway to get my tires filled with air. They were at 36 psi when the tires are max 44. He scanned the barcode on the sticker on the inside of my door. He then told me that the recommended is 34 to 36 psi. Fact check!!!!!!!!! That only applies when you get the stock tires that car came with. This is called laziness or lack of training from the institution they are employed in!!!!! For my particular tires that are rated for my car, max psi 44. Recommended psi for my tires is 38 to 40. What am I missing....!???!!

however, the last time concerning their mail in rebate it was denied so keep that in mind if you think you're getting a deal on tires with a rebate, it's not a guarantee $! the rebate company which by the way is the credit card offered by Discount Tire said that they can't see that I use their card. It makes no sense. I sent him a copy of my statement from them showing Discount Tire and the receipt shows the numbers and also I got a special price using their card & the claim was still denied! they make you go through so many hoops just to apply for the rebate and then you get denied in the end. Anyway, just a warning it's disappointing.!

Otherwise this is still my place to go for tires.

This is the best place to get your tires. Discount tires has been my place for all my cars. It's well run. They are clear about prices and what's going on. The employees don't seem miserable. (I literally ask employees on the low; "hey man do you like working here?" And they all say YES it's a good place to work. This is important to me that the workers get paid well and have a good work/ life balance.
This dude OZZY takes care of me and he's great. Thanks Ozzy. Also the mananger of this location ( Joel? Jose?) is really super and he's proud of his crew. No BS this is the place to go. Five stars.

Half way to work today my TPMS alerted me to a slow leak in my rear tire. Walked into this location, gave them my key card and said just let me know when it's done. Couple hours later the tire is plugged and best of all, for free. Great service guys!

Dependable and fast service! Having a 4Runner on a single income can be expensive, but they help you with purchasing the tires needed for your convenience.

I came in at 6pm freaking out because I knew they closed at 6. My tire popped and I had no spare and it took longer than I thought to take it off when I got off work and I really needed to get it fixed as I was borrowing a friends car and needed to get to work the next day. Normally I don't write reviews but it was really cool of you guys to help me out in my time of need. Quinn was the guy who helped me out. Super cool guy and made me feel less stressed about showing up late.

While I'm a huge fan of Costco and their prices for most things, Discount Tire is one of those places that makes me rethink that commitment.

Discount Tire focuses on tires and wheels and excels at what they do! And they take excellent care of their customers!

I have purchase tires from Discount Tire a few times and will continue to do so. Their prices really are the best and their service is simply phenomenal!

When I replaced my tires last, I kept one of my "old" tires with decent tread on it... and purchased a new wheel so I could have a spare tire (since Tesla does not provide a spare tire). With my new wheel and old tire, I stopped in on a Saturday morning and dropped them off to have the tire mounted on the wheel.

To my surprise, they gave me what I will call the "Discount Tire family discount" and my "spare" was ready to be picked up in a short time!

I strongly recommend Discount Tire to anyone and everyone for all of your wheel and tire needs! They are honest and simply awesome to work with!

put some shade up for your employees in the tire check. we're in arizona no need to have people in direct heat when a corporation can buy ramadas. maybe it would go faster and their equipment won't be hot

Honestly, I've always had good experiences at every Discount Tire I've ever been to. I got great service today from Kelli, she was very friendly and thorough. Her customer service is on point
Then I took my car to the air check and Josh helped put air in my tires. That dude is a trooper, he's out in the heat filling up people's tires with air. And he was very professional
