Absolutely amazing! Me and my partner were looking for a brand new mattress and we have been sleeping on it for 90 days now. When we first went in we didn't know much about the differences between hybrid, foam, or spring mattresses beyond the obvious wording. We sat down with both Suzanne and Karen and were truly blessed with their knowledge and experience! They went above and beyond answering every question we had and within minutes we were laying down on mattresses that were miles more comfortable than ours and don't break the bank. I usually don't write reviews for places but I had to make an exception for them. They helped us with finding the perfect mattress and I'm 100% sure they can help you too!

I was in the market for a new mattress for our upstairs guest bedroom and my husband had purchased a high-end mattress (Mlily) from Discount Mattress Lady so he suggested that I visit the store. While I eventually shopped around from a handful of mattress stores, including Discount Mattress Lady, to educate myself on the different types and brands of mattresses, I am glad that I made my final purchase from them. Not only do they have a good selection of mattresses and have highly competitive prices, but both the owner (Karen) and staff member (Suzanne) are very knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with me as I ask several questions to make sure that I am making the right decision. After all, you spend 8 hours if not more in bed each day so making the right choice is key. There is no sales pressure but more focus on making sure your mattress needs are met. I was given a 2-hour window for delivery and they were dependable and on-time. I was in awe in how thoughtful they were in making sure that they properly navigate the transfer and placement of the new mattress and adjustable base to ensure no damage or scratches on the walls, wooden floors, and existing furniture. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a mattress with quality, value, and great customer service. They have more than earned and deserved the 5-star rating!

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. She was very patient, answered all my questions, and directed to me try all the firm mattresses in her store. I can't say I got a big discount or not because I did not research any prices from the manufacturer before buying a mattress there. But shopping there was quick and easy and the delivery of my new mattress and disposal of old mattress was smooth and on time.

I can't say enough about Karen. This is a very last minute situation that I needed a mattress and she helped me immensely. She was kind and generous and very thoughtful, and made me feel better about the circumstances. The mattress is so so comfortable and I can't wait to snuggle up tonight You can't go wrong coming in here!

Being in a complete bind after being unable to find the control for my Dad's Sleep Number bed while moving his belongings last week, I was desperate to find a mattress, box spring and bed frame before we moved him from skilled nursing to assisted living on the same day. I went to Discount Mattress Lady based on the numerous, positive Yelp reviews. Karen did not disappoint. She gave a few suggestions and helped narrow down what would be the best fit for my Dad. Total price for all three items was a fraction of what it would have cost to purchase replacement parts for the Sleep Number. She also helped me load and maneuver all of the items into my X1. Thank you Karen for all you did--you alleviated a lot of stress I felt that day! Most importantly, my Dad is very happy with his new bed.
