This place is a MUST! Â We did not eat at the restaurant; we got it delivered, and I was not even able to eat the food right away because it did not come with silverware.
When we finally got to eat the food it was still DELICIOUS! Â Everything we ordered was heavenly!
The House Sourdough plate, Carbonara Verde, Kid's Pasta with chicken (that turned out to be butter noodles and with a breaded chicken cutlet), and Rigatoni! Â Definitely, order everything! Â The restaurant even put the bread crumbs for the Rigatoni on the side in a container, SO THEY WOULD STILL BE CRUNCH AND FRESH! Â We almost ordered it again the next day; if we lived in Dallas it would definitely be a staple in our home! - Ally R.Denver, CO32536427/7/2023
4.5 stars. Food was delish!
We shared the Cacio e Pepe and Rigatoni. The Cacio e Pepe was to die for, light and creamy- was definitely our favorite of the two. The Rigatoni was perfectly spicy, enjoyable but not overwhelming. They brought out some of their house focaccia as well which was deliciously salted. The cocktail was just okay, lacking in some of the flavor profiles listed.
Staff was sweet! Definitely an interesting take on what feels like should be a nicer Italian restaurant with their homemade pasta. Order at the counter and then take a seat, definitely odd if wanting a refill on a drink but we enjoyed the outdoor seats. Food wait time is similar to that of a restaurant you'd have a waiter at so threw me off a little too but well worth it. Patio was much calmer than inside, which was comparably loud and again, just didn't feel like it meshed well with the "niceness" of the cuisine. Feels like an identity crisis worth addressing.
Overall, enjoyed the food and of course the company of my partner! Will be back :) - Lee C.Denver, CO05134/16/2023
We were craving pasta. Drove up here and put our name in for the 45 min wait. The place was bustling!
Brussels sprouts were the best thing on the menu. Crispy, complex flavor profile, and highly satisfying. Artichokes were okay. Too tangy and acidic. I hate pickled/jarred/canned artichokes (not sure which these were). The broccoli was covered with a thick white sauce that was not flavorful. Only had a few bites of that one.
Now the pasta. I had the spaghetti. It had a weirdly slimy texture of sauce. Strangely flavorless dish and wet and like I said, slimy. The pasta was chewy and mostly flavorless. I think the entire dish lacked salt both in the sauce and pasta dough. I don't understand why the wait is so long and this place is so busy. The other members of my table got the radiatore and spaghetti as well and left feeling unsatisfied and confused about their mediocre pasta. My dish had 2 big pasta clumps in it where the noodles were congealed together into a mass. Super disappointing and unappetizing.
Sadly, won't be making the trip here again. Service was good though. Maximum Gen Z vibes among the staff. - 451823166/2/2023
Cute casual Italian spot with fresh pastas. The carbonara verte was absolutely delicious. Rich and flavourful throughout. The sausage in the rigatoni was equally as amazing. I wish it had a some sort of sauce because it was a tad dry compared to the other dishes but the flavour was spot on. Check them out on a Wednesday for Wine Wednesday where you can get half priced bottles of wine! What a steal!

Decent place. I don't understand the hype but the food was average. You have to order at the counter which is odd and they put a hold on your card until you're done dining with them. Not really a restaurant vibe if you're looking for one. None of the pasta comes with any meat or protein, you have to add them on for an additional price which is not mention on the menu. I had the Cacio e Pepe which was very cheesy but a bit salty. We also had the house sourdough which was interesting and the broccoli. The food was okay, not as great as I had imagined.

We were so excited to try this spot but it didn't deliver. It's order at the counter, if you get a bottle of wine, they pour it in a carafe for you.
The best thing here was the brussels and they were really good. The pasta we got was the one with sausage and kale and it was so bland and the sausage was insanely salty. Almost inedible.
It gets very busy so getting a table can be tough and your whole party must be present.
Prices were high for portion and taste. - 1842525234/6/2023
I visited Dio Mio for an early Sunday dinner to avoid a wait since they don't take reservations and had a lovely meal! There was no wait around 5:30pm although it picked up as we dined. They use counter ordering which is easy but could be challenging for drink refills if there is a long line. We ordered the stracciatella and bread app (subbed no prosciutto for more stracciatella) and it was so yummy! I had the cacio e pepe and my boyfriend had a lamb dish (I can't recall the name). We both thoroughly enjoyed ours but agreed the cacio e pepe was the best! The vibes here were great on a sunny late afternoon and the service was awesome. Excited to check out their happy hour soon!

Lots of pasta for the price! The level it is cooked to is perfect, the sauce is nice, and the atmosphere outside is really fun. We got a long table and did wait for about 20 minutes. It was still a great time and I would eat here more often if I ate pasta a lot.

The food was absolutely amazing, this is the first place I would say it's worth paying for a simple red sauce spaghetti...it was the best I'd ever had. The portions were insane (the chicken was the size of my head, we all had leftovers.
My only ding is that that place wasn't very busy and it still took them an hour to get our food to us but with that being said it's not worth taking a whole star away so official rating is 4.5/5
