This place's employees first accused me and my friend of stealing in a very rude way then kept pointing at us. The employees also got mad at us for using the only papers we saw for the cologne testers, there were literally no papers so we used the only ones they had but apparently there are specific papers for certain colognes but we just used the only ones there were.

Associate walked into dressing room 40 minutes before closing and TOLD us - not even a question - to remove all of the dresses previous customers had left from the dressing room. I don't work here. I will remove the dresses we brought in but other peoples' mistakes are not my responsibility.

My fiancé was curious about some new cologne and these two ladies were very helpful in helping him find exactly what he was wanting. Valentino Uomo Yellow Dream, which smells amazing is what he ended up picking out. And the one lady was so sweet and gave him several samples to try out. Next time we're looking to get some perfume or cologne we'll definitely be checking this place out.

Horrible service in Women's shoe department. I understand that they work for commissions, but basic customer service is always warranted!
Another sales person walked all the way across the women's shoe department to tell the lady who brought my first pair of shoes to bring me a sock to use to try the shoes on. Unprofessional and lack basic human response!
I requested another shoe from the original sale person. She left to help someone else. I went to the register a male and a females sales person looked me directly in the eye, said nothing and did not go to get my sales person. My husband and I waited and waited and waited. The two sales person walked away and my sales person never came back.
We left and went to the man's shoe department to purchase shoes and a wallet for him. The attentive sale person in the men's department heard my complaint and call the shoe department manager, Mustafa.
I spoke to the department manager, yet while sharing my experience his response was lackluster.
I told him I will never visit the women's department again.

My daughter was looking for a dress for an upcoming school dance. Her school has a very strict dress code she she wanted a parents opinion. Two members of the staff informed me, rather rudely, that I had to leave. Apparently a male parent cannot enter the fitting area, even though it is not labeled women only. We will shop elsewhere.

I searched for help for a while and when I did find someone, she was so rude! Why are people so unhappy these days!?? Makes me sad and not want to go in public anymore.

Christmas season and the gift wrap department had a limit of 4 boxes. I purchased a whole bag of gifts and she again advised me ONLY 4 boxes allowed. Perhaps I return all this and shop Macy's. Do better Dillard's

Three stars are actually five for the men's shoe and apparel departments and for the women's swimwear department. However I was disappointed today when I tried to make a return on the other side of the store and was told I had to go back to the department where I made the purchase to make the return? I purchased several items from different departments at the same kiosk but couldn't return the same? Inconvenient. First world problems, I get it, but first world economy let's get with the times?
