Great customer service, with caring attitudes! Delicious food and good quantity. clean eating environment, kept us nicely.

I don't know how long this location (West Miami) has been open, but I am so happy to have found it! I have always loved the food at Diced, but previous experiences with less than stellar customer service at other locations have turned me off.

The West Miami location is wonderful! I have both eaten here and picked up take out on numerous occasions and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience. The food is fresh and tasty, and the service has always been prompt and courteous. They take their time with customers; answer questions, offer suggestions. That adds to the charm of this location.

Today, I noticed that they sell some of their sauces by the bottle! I'm happy .

Food is fine - fast food quality. Service was fine. Location & ambiance is good. Nothing fancy - ok for a brief lunch.

Great customer service! Carlos (?) was super friendly. We loved the extra sauce they brought out. The vegan sauce mix was fantastic.
The portions are big. It is a great place when a group of mixed meat eaters, vegans and vegetarians. The food seemed fresh. My friend found the chicken a bit chewy. The avocado was perfectly ripe.

I ordered the forbidden rice bowl with veggies and the house mixed sauce. Super yummy. The atmosphere was quiet and there was outdoor and indoor seating available as well as free parking. The staff was friendly and helpful in making recommendations.

Not for us. Although everything was fresh.

Honestly, I do not get all the positive reviews for Diced, at this location and others. As far as the menu goes, compared to other salad and bowl places go, it is really lacking. There are so few choices and nothing original at all. Rice, beans, chicken, canned tuna, steak, rice, salad, cheese...that's about it. So basic! It's not even like the food is done extraordinarily well. The chicken is dry and flavorless. The wrap was mostly rice and completely fell apart. The one positive was that the greens were fresh.

The service at this location was abysmal!!! The server was not helpful or friendly while taking our order. She said our food would take 5 minutes. We waited and waited. It took over 20 minutes for a wrap and a salad because they gave our order to someone else. No apologies. They just threw a $5 gift card in our bag. No bueno.

Food was delicious and fresh, had a side of avocado mash and chips (recommended!) service excellent, friendly and helpful. Cute place a bit hard to get to but once you find it the ambience is quite unique and you notice that it is intentional and purposeful setting the right mood!

Perfect for a quick bite to eat! Usually order the salad and I'm the portion is HUGE! Chili chicken is delicious! Ordered the forbidden rice for the first time- it was incredibly grainy and felt as though it was undercooked. I've had forbidden rice at other restaurants where it's tasted very soft, so that's the reason for the 3 stars. The vegan sauces are great and they even sell them in bottles.

I love the food here, it's as clean and healthy as it gets. I appreciate the vegan options! please consider having vegan cheese.
