We came here because one of our friends recommend it us, the sales lady was very helpful but the owner was unprofessional & a liar for making promises that he can't keep. it was my sisters 30th birthday she tried on a dress but the color she didn't want the sales lady "called" the owner apparently they have another store he confirmed that they had the size and color but that it was going to take about an hour which we left a $100 dollar deposit we left the store happy. We shopped around to find shoes and accessories to fit her dress came back and they said they didn't have it!! No call or nothing! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Came here to buy my daughters bridesmaids dresses. The "dressing ROOM" was filthy, nevertheless, we found a dress that would look nice on all of the bridesmaids. They were affordable and seemed to be a decent quality. Time was of the essence and we asked the woman what the lead time was on these particular style and color dresses and she assured me two weeks. Perfect! Paid cash and we were on our way to one less this to worry about. After three weeks I called the business, they asked me to text a photo of the hand written invoice, which I did and CRICKETS! I then called the next day and got a voicemail. After6 weeks I had my husband step in, he texted from a different number and informed him we needed at least one of the dresses for alterations for our daughter than lives in Spain. After another week he told my husband it would be ready the next day and to come get it.
I take the day off work, drive from OC to LA, pay $15 parking just to stand there and listen to the back and forth of phone calls from the store operator to the owner Ramone. After an hour of waiting, he called her and said he did not have the dress. Ugh, needless to say, I was not happy. I asked for a full refund, waited another 30 minutes and finally I was given a refund.
I not only lost a days pay but my time and almost two months behind with finding dresses.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SAY BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GET INVENTORY.
ONLY BUY WHAT IS AT THE STORE.

The owner is very rude. He gave us a date to pick up my daughter's prom dress and when we went to pick it up they didn't have it. He then gave me another date for when he would have and still didn't have it. The lady that works with him is not any better. She kept rushing me off the phone telling me she was very busy and had to take care of her customers. They finally had the dress the week before prom and when my daughter went to pick it up she had to wait a whole hour for him to help her. Meanwhile I'm calling his phone and he wouldn't answer. When he finally answered all he said is they already left and hung up in my face. Never again!!!!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARN!!! Very rude and unprofessional! If I could I would have given them zero stars! My mother order a dress and they my brought her the wrong size. She had to come back another day to get the right size and again they got the wrong size. She has already paid in full for this dress and the owner is so rude and doesn't care about his customers. Cause he clearly said he won't waste his time getting the right size again and that it is what it is! WOW! Never again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

OMG! The owner had the nerve to reply and say the dress was used already LOL the dress never left the store sir. This just shows you what to expect if you buy from here. But I'm not surprise looks like many other customers have had similar bad experiences versus trying to make matters right. Man I was late and should have checked your Yelp reviews before hand! Thank god for Yelp & I hope my review helps another person to think twice before shopping here!

Horrible service the owner is so rude and pushy. He kept pushing to purchase a dress that we had not even tried on. After we said we would not buy a dress we had not tried on, he said "I don't have time for that" Do NOT shop here!!! Don't even know how he keeps any business being as rude as he is.

Beautiful prom dresses... and lots of help from the sales people and manager. Great selection and you can try on as many dresses as you want! Natalee across the street limits you to 2 try ons and doesn't let you take pictures or touch the dresses:( Also, really good prices at Designer Fashions on Santee!!!!!!!!! My niece loves her new prom dress:)

Unfortunately I read yelp way too late. NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

So I'm getting married in two months and I went bridesmaid shopping and decided to look inside. We found a dress and all the girls loved it. They didn't have them so we had to order. Ramon said two weeks, cool. I'm thinking they call when your order is in, common sense right? Nope! Four weeks pass and I call. "We don't call, we tell you when they'll be ready and you come and pick up" ok well that's unprofessional. I've worked in retail for 3 years and when a clients order is in we call.

Whatever, so I come pick them up and THEY'RE THE WRONG DRESSES!! Then he has the nerve to put the blame on one of the bridesmaids for asking about the dress he ordered!! "One of your bridesmaid asked about this dress and I thought it was this one" well that's BULL because he never even placed the order for me!! And of course he wouldn't give me a refund! Even after arguing for 15 minutes! NEVER AGAIN! He better have my dresses on Wednesday as he promised because then he will be refunding me my money!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED UNPROFESSIONAL STORE!!!

My daughter found the best fitting, most beautiful wedding dress here for the most reasonable price in all the 25 different fashion district dress stores. And the shop is cute and modern looking.

the owner is so disrespectful, unprofessional and rude! gave us a date for a dress and they didn't have it the day they said! came twice and just wasted my time!

Ramon is amazing, very friendly staff I feel super welcomed,also he helped me to fix my dress to look amazing for my very special night which is my sisters wedding ,I'm very happy and %100 recommended
