Tim and his brother came highly recommended by a friend. From the first time I contacted them, Tim was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was very clear about his availability and ability to do the work. This was an amazing breath of fresh air!

The experience of their team really made a difference in making our project look fantastic! This was critical since we had to remove tile work that had previously been done by someone else incorrectly. Every step of the way, Tim was there to explain exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. We are so fortunate to have found Designed Concepts. They are professional, clean, easy to work with, and show up on time. Highly recommend using these guys.

We could not be happier with the quality of work, professionalism and speed! Tim had helped us install tile floors a few years ago which turned out amazing, so we knew who to call when we were ready for new tile in the bathrooms! We think they turned out beautiful!

Tim is absolute class act. Very professional and incredibly responsive and approachable. He 100% knows his craft. Him and his brother are hard workers and are very accommodating with our downstairs remodel. They were able to pick up the tile from the tile store and they are always on time. I honestly have no idea how someone could give Tim any bad reviews, DO NOT be discouraged by the less than 5 star reviews. I'm so glad I wasn't driven away. There are always going to be people who are never happy. Trust me, Tim is a professional guy who loves Simi Valley and is super involved in the community. He is also very fairly priced. I will only recommend him for any tile projects!

We wanted to get a bathroom remodeled, and were referred here by a friend of ours. From the moment we got a quote, we felt extremely comfortable in trusting them with our bathroom. One week later, and it was done just like we wanted! The greatest surprise was just how awesome it was to have Tim around. We truly enjoyed his company, and he explained every detail of the remodel, so we knew exactly what he was doing each day. Thank you Tim for some great work, I will continue to send people your way!

Tim and Gus worked hard at completely remodeling our new master bathroom and installing hallway/bedroom floors.

Do not hire Tim.

I hired him to redo my bathrooms. He used an unlicensed plumber to install the bathtub. That plumber caused a leak. Tim knew about the leak, but went on vacation without fixing it. I sent him a video of the leak and he said it was normal.

The leak caused almost $10,000 in damage to my downstairs neighbor's bathroom (which my insurance paid for). Tim refused to take responsibility for the leak.

At that point, I had already paid him over $3,000. All he did was pick up most of my tile, demo part of my bathrooms, and start the plumbing. He never offered to return any of the money or pay any of the damage to my neighbor. When I fired him, he sent me aggressive and threatening texts.

Tim O'Hayer did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. He cares. He truly cares. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. Short cuts? Not for Tim. Settle on quality? Never with Tim. Before he started our job he discussed the entire project from start to finish while always asking for our input and preferences. The final project delivered was everything we dreamed of and a lot more. Thank you Tim!

Tim did a great job on our bathroom remodel. He was able to handle the plumbing, drywall, and tile himself. The workspace was clean daily. I liked how he was the one who does the work and not someone else. He also got along well with my two sons.

We are looking to hire him for our master remodel and would recommend him to others.

Tim and Che did a great job on our subway tile backsplash ! They were on time, clean, polite, personable and all around good guys! On top of that their work was amazing and the price was right!! Looking forward to having them back out to do our showers next!!
