De'Serj For Hair

My hair dresser moved away and I have been trying a few here in Orland. Denise at DeSerg has come the closest to the exact cut I'm looking for. I am thrilled to schedule a follow up appointment with her. I am confident we will get to exactly what I'm looking for.

Love this place , customer service is awesome..we have been coming from the Bay Area to this place , such a wonderful atmosphere and professional service.

I LOVE Ann, with Nails By Ann! Showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look and she nailed it (pun intended)! Very, very happy!

I gave 4 stars out of 5 because I got my toes done today she had great service, and my toes look good. The only thing I would change is the water gets cold fast. Another thing is when she massages your feet and legs it's very quick. The scrub she uses seems cheap as well. Other than that overall good and good price

I was very disappointed once my nails were complete, they looked horrible & they had rough edges, they kept catching on everything. The color did not extend to the edges & she took so long going over them with doing the tips an extra time & now they are not even. She charged only $20 which is cheeper then any other place but I will not be back again, I would rather pay more for a good job!

I walked in for a haircut and Denise gave me an appointment one hour from then. I was very pleased and knew I could spend an hour shop hopping in downtown Orland. Denise cut my hair from a couple of pics I had on my phone. We discussed how I wanted this and that for several minutes before she started cutting. I really appreciated that. I will definitely go back to Denise for a trim.

I asked my co-worker to recommend a reasonably-priced hair salon here in Orland. She told me about De'Serj, where she goes to get highlights and also takes her son to get his hair cut.

I called and they were able to give me a same-day appointment (for a shampoo/conditioning/cut) which I really appreciated. I walked over and found Serj waiting for me at the front desk.

He was friendly, as was Denise, his wife and co-owner of the shop. He asked me what I wanted and double-checked before he made the first snip. I really liked the results, even though I was just getting some layers trimmed and some long bangs added. He told me if I didn't like it, I could come back and he would fix the problem. But there was no need for that!

I had forgotten to ask the price when I'd called, so I was wondering how much the total would be (I didn't see any prices posted in the shop either). When Serj told me it was $15, I was shocked! Pleasantly, of course. I had had similar haircuts at shops in nearby Chico and was charged anywhere from $25 to $40!! Such a waste of money when I could have been going to De'Serj all this time.

Ann did a great job on my gel over acrylic full set and totally understood how I wanted them shaped and the length is perfect!! Ann is very creative so it was worth it to get something a little more glitzy for New Years!!

I have been a client here for many years and love it. My hairdresser, Candy, is awesome! Everyone there is fun and friendly. Once when my daughter had a badly broken leg, I called on short notice to she if we could get her in for just a wash and blow dry because she couldn't stand for very long. They took her right in, Denise washed and blow dried her hair and didn't charge me anything. A wonderful place to get your hair or nails done, or a tan.

Great hand and foot massage. Nail application was subpar. Beats driving to Chico though
