What an artist Roger is, he removed 3 dents from my Hellcat today, I truly recommend his dedication and commitment to his expertise. Thank you Roger!

I have a 2021 Toyota Highlander driver side front door had two dents, please look for photos for details. I contacted Ken around 9:30 AM on last Friday. Since I live in Richmond on the earth about one hour driving to the store. I arrived the store around the11:30 AM. Ken looks into it, and told me that he should be finished by end of the day. However, around 2:30 PM, Ken texted me my vehicle is ready. When I went to the store, I checked my vehicle that two dents were gone and it was looked like new and never got dents before. Please look photos for details. I paid him $800, because it's 6 inches long and one of dent is on body line. Ken is very professional and kind.

Roger did an amazing job! First off, he's a sincere, hard working guy, likable guy. He drove out to meet us, out right did a thorough analysis and gave us a flat cost.

I got the car quoted at a body shop for more then double what he charged me.

On top of being affordable he did an amazing job. Dent looks like it never happened. Definitely coming back IF this ever happens to our car again

For the tough job, you have to hire the best: Roger did not disappoint! He told me first hand he was more anal about perfection than anyone. It is true. He did an amazing job on the two body line dents that I had. Look at the pictures attached. I was sure glad I just went with the best based on his reviews. So I am here to add to his great reviews.


Prior to Roger working on my dents we had several email exchanges when I first contacted him. I had to learn that dents are not easy to estimate over a picture. So be patient when he is asking for better pictures. I knew he was trying to make sure he can give me a good estimate. He also explained that the estimate can vary depending if the dents are easy to get to which I understand because he can only make assumptions based on the pictures I send him.

It is great that Roger explained what his process was and what type of tools he would use and how to attack and get his tools leverage on the dent location. Youtube videos and dent removal infomercials make it seem like removing dents is a simple job. My dents were not something you can just glue pull. As I watched Roger work on the two cars, I can tell he really has the experience and know-how to fix my specific dents. The two dents I had him work on were on the body line and they were not easy to get into. But somehow Roger was able to do his magic. He did tell me that if he cannot remove the dent I didn't have to pay. He also gave me options if one solution couldn't work or if he cannot do the job. One thing he told me, if his tools can get to the dent, he can remove it!

Roger has worked miracles on ny door dings over the past decade. Everytime I've had a dent or ding, he's my go to guy. Super meticulous. A true gentleman, and consistent as they come!

I'd like to start this review off with a little bit about me and my scenario, in hope to comfort the person that was me, before visiting Roger and letting him do his magic.

There are a few different types of car owners. There are the "point-A-to-B" people, who don't care much about the appearance of their car, there are the "point-A-to-B in style" people, who have nice cars, but don't know how to care for it properly and don't care for the dents, dings and scratches here and there. Lastly, there are the "anal" people, who properly wash/wax their car weekly, and know every single dent/scratch/ding on the car. I categorize myself under the last stereotype.

I own a brand new M3 had the quarter panel of my car damaged due to a wacky person. The dent wasn't huge nor deep, but it was right above the main character line and about the size of a softball. With the car being very black and shiny, the dent is very noticeable. Regardless of PDR, or bodywork, I NEEDED to get this fixed. There is no way I'd live with seeing that dent there every day and I don't think I'd be satisfied unless I could totally not see it. With that being said, I had to tell my self that I'd have to accept if PDR would completely eliminate the dent, OR accept that my whole car would have to be repainted due to real body work, which means most of the car would need to be repainted. This thought process was pre-visiting Roger/Dentfree.

I started researching PDR on forums and Yelp, to help me understand what PDR can do, and what type of PDR providers there are out there. I had to understand that there are levels of repair to be expected due to the actual damage (chipped paint and size), location of the damage (body lines, door, body panel, etc) and what it takes to reach the locations through the structure of the car, to fix the dent. For providers, there are the franchises and independent workers. From my experience, for meticulous work, franchises usually don't stand a chance against the individuals. Think franchise restaurants vs. "Mom and Pop." I then started to look on Yelp for local PDR specialists and came across DentFree since it is local to me, and has almost 200 reviews with 5 stars.

I sent Roger an email with pictures of the damage, and after he took a look, we exchanged a few words via phone call and decided it was best for him to take a look in person at his place. This gave me the chance to see and understand who could potentially be working on my car.

When I showed up, Roger opened his garage, and instantly, my comfort level rose. It was spotless, organized, and housed two beautiful cars. Roger came out and we started talking and looking at my car. After a short period, Roger expressed that he was one of those meticulous/anal people as well as a perfectionist. He helped me understand that whole PDR process and the types of repairs that it can do, and how he would try to achieve "perfect." I pulled the trigger, without looking for any other PDR specialists.

Over a couple hours, my buddy and I hung out with Roger while he was working, talked about other repairs and stories, as well as talked about cars. Within the first 30 minutes, I could tell that he was very skilled, knew exactly what he was doing, and took pride in his work. Working with my automotive specialists throughout the years, there aren't many people that allow you to stick around while they work. I stayed out of the way, and asked questions here-and-there, and Roger answered them with 100% confidence and knowledge. After some more time had passed, my buddy and I couldn't notice that the dent was ever there! Roger wasn't even done yet, and continued to perfect it.

Boy, am I a happy camper.

After he finished up, he mentioned that I had three small dings that he could fix. I had washed my car the night before as well as every weekend prior and never seen these dings. I agreed that I'd get those fixed as well, and now my car is perfect (to my eyes).

I can not express how happy I am with my car, because of Roger/DentFree. I was bummed out about the dent, and worried that PDR wasn't going to work, and I was going to have noticeable abnormalities, but this man did his magic and made all of the problems disappear. I am 99.99% sure that you would not be able to notice the dent. Roger/DentFree is highly recommended,

Lastly, I want people to understand that my dent is not like your dent, or any other dent. Every dent is different, and that means results will be different, but when I used DentFree, at least I knew Roger would try his absolute best.

I'm a stickler when it comes to anyone working on my car. I usually hand wash my car, because I don't trust the job that will be done at the car wash. I park far away from everyone else. I'm THAT guy.

So, you can imagine my dismay when I woke up one morning to find a massive dent in my passenger side front fender - caused by someone who fell against my car (yeah, they were drunk).

I read a bunch of Yelp reviews, and based on what I saw, I contacted Roger.

He promptly replied to my email, evaluated the photos I sent, and we set an appt for the next day.

When I arrived he explained how he works, what could be expected, and talked through the process. He was completely transparent...and my case was a tough one. The dent was "S" shaped, the fender had bent - messing up the gap between the door and the hood, and there were some body lines that had to be recreated.

He went to work, and all I can say is that the end result blew me away.

He is skilled way beyond what I've experienced in the past, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone other than him.

I give him my highest recommendation!

I had a really unfortunate incident with a another new to me car that had a dent on the hood that the dealer didn't disclose. Thankfully Roger at DentFree came to the rescue (again). Roger spent about 5 hours undoing the handiwork of a careless mechanic and the hood of my car is once again pristine!

Beyond perfectionism, Roger takes a multitude of patience and pride in his work. As a specialist, Roger was courteous, respectful about my time, and, listened to all my concerns when it came to receiving a rash of door dings on my Volvo XC60.

Roger is an awesome guy. He came to my place at the appointment time we both agreed on and right away he went to work. What I really liked about him was that he was honest. He told me that since the location of the dent on my car was at an area where there was the body line of the car, it would be VERY hard to try and "pop" it out and make it look like there was no dent. I appreciated that he gave me a heads up before actually starting the work on the car. I still gave him the go ahead to work on my car since that dent had been bothering me for the longest time.

After a couple hours, he notified me of the progress of his work and told me that this was the max he could do since anymore work could further warp the metal. But I gotta be honest, it looked way better than before. He got it almost perfectly and you can hardly tell that there was a dent there before.

As far as pricing, I feel his prices were more than fair but this is my very first time using PDR to fix a dent on my car. But if your looking for an HONEST, reliable and just a down to earth cool guy, look no further than Roger.
