The staff displayed patience, kindness, and remarkable friendliness. I encountered some issues, and despite my awareness of being a bit rude, the staff remained exceptionally patient. The dentists worked efficiently and demonstrated incredible patience too. They consistently checked on my well-being and ensured I was comfortable. Opting to come here turned out to be a wise decision.

Got my problem fixed and hopefully I can have good experience next time I go in I like going here since I had a very bad experience at another office, people who had bad ones are cautious about having more especially with our teeth. Thx for resolving the mistake and getting it all straightened out, just waiting for my prescription to be More comfortable.

I came to get work done and the ladies behind the counter flipped me off and wouldn't let me in because the way I was dressed accused me of being homless

They're opened at 9 AM but the sign on the windows always said 8 AM, it was a bit confusing, one time their machine broke down, they had to send my Mom to a different facility in Hillcrest which is much better, I didn't like the parking at Petco Park at all, not safe, and you might get a ticket on some of the street parking.

Dental express made going to the dentist a piece of cake for my 8 year old grandson. They made it a fun expierience that will keep him from dreading the dentist in the future. They also have very kid friendly imaging techniques. Thank you dental express!

I typically never write bad reviews but I've had THE WORST experience here at Dental Express. To start off, I had both of my top wisdom teeth taken out and from what I heard from my friends and peers normally you're asleep for this procedure and I was FULLY AWAKE. It was so uncomfortable and painful I literally cried and was shaking the whole time. One of my teeth were literally stuck and it took sooooo long for them to get it out and was so painful. Next trip I had to go back finish off my filling and crown, which was also a nightmare. The crown felt like it didn't fit properly and continued to hurt months after the procedure. Eventually the crown fell out and I had to have them reinstall it. Of course it falls out again on my wedding night because the crown never fit originally. I go back to have it fixed and they manage to not communicate with me that this will be a multi appointment fix and that I would be CHARGED 476 for a procedure that was never done right to begin with WITH an added procedure that was not disclosed to me beforehand. I am beyond upset because I overlooked the fact it was in a sketchy part of town and you literally have to be buzzed in by the front desk to even access the office. Words can not express how disappointed I am. I wish I could leave a -100 review. DO NOT COM HERE.

This place is only good for routine checkups. Been coming here since 2019 and never had any issues until now when I need actual care and a procedure done. All of this under Rakenya management. This office failed to submit a pre-authorization on June 27. I called a month later to follow up July 26 to find out it was never submitted in June. Reason for care was a filling that fell off THREE TIMES from this office poor work. This office does not practice verification of eligibility until you wasted time and money to pay for downtown parking. Got turned away three times when they could have easily verified the previous day to notify patient something was wrong to prevent the patient from wasting efforts. Request was denied from Manager for a corporate number when I was scheduled for an appointment today that was scheduled BY THE MANAGER yesterday and the office was closed (picture attached of empty office at 2pm on Wednesday). Front desk staff is very unapologetic of their mistakes and make no effort to make it right for the patient.

It used to be good dentistry. But since then, almost the entire staff has changed and everything has changed. They will smile at you and look friendly, but they will do everything very badly. I went to them for more than three years, but now they have turned into an irresponsible and unprofessional organization. Literally, they are headless. Their work is so disgustingly organized that such dentistry should be banned so as not to harm patients.
I had three crowns to put in and I asked them to start with a specific tooth that I wanted to do first because it was in plain sight. They refused and started making another tooth. Then they opened the second one, removed the nerve and told me that now I need to look for a root canal specialist because they don't do it themselves. And you could not tell me about it right away, before you opened the tooth?
I would refuse to treat him because he did not bother me at all, he had a filling on him and it was not necessary to treat him. The process of finding a root canal specialist was terrible. No one wanted to start treatment after this clinic. I called more than a dozen dentists, visited more than three specialists, and they all refused me for various reasons. I asked Dental Express three times to send me an x-ray of my teeth by e-mail so that each new dentistry would not take a new x-ray for me and irradiate me with radiation, but all my requests were ignored. In addition, they have young trainee assistants who themselves take x-rays several times for one tooth, until they succeed.
As the specialists told me, they did something wrong with this tooth, they tried to clean the canal, brought the infection and were afraid of responsibility for their work.
Just terrible dentistry. Be aware that when you start treating your teeth here, they may start work and not finish. They can create a problem for you and avoid responsibility in every possible way. If you want to risk your teeth - welcome to Dental Express.

I honestly had great experience at Dental Express for the first time as a patient it was quick process. The Doctor did a great job and not to forget the dental hygienist Amal did an amazing job as well and I highly recommend it
