Made an appointment to have 2 dents repaired. Since there are no locations near me I drove 1 hour to meet their tech. The window time was 9 to 12. I arrived at 8:45. At 10;30 I called to see when the tech was going to arrive. I was told he was busy and it would be 2:00 before he could arrive. I decided not to wait 3 more hours and cancelled. They should have called me to let me know he was going to be late.

DID ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY WHEEL! Through their service plan, Dent Wizard's subcontracted technician created additional damage to my wheel. Granted, they fixed the cosmetic damage I caused, but they created more by doing so. The machine used caused swirl marks, nicks/dings, and metal burrs on the face of my wheel. Which was acknowledged to Dent Wizard by the technician.
The technician said he can not take a layer off the wheel, to repair it, because it will affect the structural integrity of the wheel.
The issue was escalated to a supervisor, who informed me, "The repair was done complete." I was told management felt the repair was satisfactory. They would acknowledge the technician caused additional damage, but stuck with the repair was completed.
BEWARE: Dent Wizard's subcontractors can damage your wheel and not be held accountable. If they damage it and can't fix it, the logical thing is to replace it, no? They won't, because the contract is for repair, not replacement, and apparently they get to determine what is an acceptable repair, not the customer.
I've had one wheel previously refinished, do to a spike going through my wheel in 2003, not completed by Dent Wizard. The wheel came back perfect.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jin C.Berkeley, CA4073467Nov 18, 2015
So...the big question is where do I start?
For a bit of background, my buddy was driving a loaner car around while his got repaired after some crazy accident involving 4 cars.
I was reversing my car out of the garage, wasn't expecting his car near the garage as he parks on the street, and wouldn't you know it? The loaner was in the driveway. Made a pretty significant dent and streak marks on the car (First picture).
Called up some guy that does mobile dent repair and ended up paying $460 for Pic 1 to Pic 2. Long story short, I'm giving the original guy one hell of a negative review. Be careful people. Do your research. The original guy sent me a picture that was further back and looked much better. Pic 2 is my discovery after coming home.
I was referred to Josh by Jim at JS Interiors and Josh was super helpful and flexible. He talked me through the whole situation and empathized with what the industry calls "hackers" or, what I've heard elsewhere, as "gypsies". Again, do your goddam research.
He touched up the car to make it pretty much 90% like new and we were able to turn the car in with no problems for a fraction of the price (Pic 2 to Pic 3).
Needless to say, the integrity and straight up best experience I've had has earned all my future business.
Seriously. Call Josh at (510) 760-4887. He does much more than just touch ups and will be able to tackle a multitude of car issues. Take it from a guy that got screwed over. He knows his stuff and will give you an honest opinion on what needs to be done and how much it will cost.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alex G.Saint Louis, MO061Mar 28, 2021
I have had an awefull time with my dent wizard insurance purchased at plaza bmw. Both plaza bmw ( who sold it) and dent wizard are unresponsive and have poor customer service. Would not use either business!

I got the dent wizard subscription for free when I purchased my honda.
I had a slight dent on driver side door. The job DentWizard performed on it was not clean. After the job the dent looked more prominent and in white color.
I am okay as this came free. But I never going to purchase their service.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Paul A.Morgan Hill, CA35512Oct 15, 2015
Greg is simply the best. I've been in the Bay Area Auto repair profession for forty years. There are some other guys I've used who are good, no question.
Greg Sanders is the best.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alexa P.Hazelwood, MO23Aug 27, 2018
I wanted my rims powdered black, so I did a Google search on a Saturday morning. Dent Wizard was one of the search results, so I gave them a call. They were closed at that time, but I left a voice mail. The following Monday, I received a phone call from Steve and he quoted me a price and told me to drop my car off a for a few days when I was ready for the service. I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon and it was ready on Monday afternoon. I am satisfied with the customer service and the work done on my rims!

Greg fixed up my hood on my 2000 honda which somehow had a large bump.
Far far cheaper than replacing the hood, and it looks perfect. As long as the paint hasnt come off, Greg can probably offer some kind of solution.
Good stuff.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - maria t.San Jose, CA022Apr 11, 2012
I was expecting more reviews, but it goes to show how underrated Greg is. I have an SLK 55 AMG. My little roadster is my baby. I was referred to Greg by my friend at the Audi dealership in Burlingame. Apparently Greg fixes ALL the Audis on the Peninsula.
There was a hater in the parking lot that dented my car on the drivers side door. It would irritate me to look at it every time I opened my door. Greg popped it out, polished and waxed the spot that I can't even tell where the dent was to begin with! He saved my sanity. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!! Go see him!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Derrick L.San Francisco, CA1732363Mar 31, 2011
Greg is truly the Dent Wizard! We had two dime size dents on the roof of the car. We called him through a referral from the dealership and he was very prompt and excellent with his service. Came straight to our house in the morning and got right to work.
Took him about 20 minutes and the car looked flawless. He even applied a coat of wax to the area and removed any minor paint flaws. Friendly and excellent work! Thanks Greg!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
