Dent First Johns Creek

I haaaaaaate going to the dentist and my dentist knows this. When I walked in last week to get a filling they treated me like the biggest pansy they'd ever seen in their lives. Only they didn't do it in a condescending way, but more in a gentle, let's-not-scare-her-off kinda way.

I see Dr. Triggs and he is friendly and calm, doesn't talk to me too much while his hands are all up in my grill and promised me laughing gas for my next procedure since he certainly knew I was about to bolt from that chair before they even got that numbing cream on my tooth.

It's easy and fast to get an appointment here, the office staff is always friendly and my hygienist is sweet. They didn't even give me shit when I brought them some of my favorite Pink Cupcake Dreams cupcakes as a present...this is a dentist's office, remember. They ate them up with a quickness and came back to my room begging for cards.

Some people don't like "dentist in a box" locations like this, but I personally do...I mean if I have to go to the dentist. I guess it's like a pap smear - they suck ass, but there's no avoiding them.

Ok... Well, I do have somewhat of a phobia of dentists due to very bad experiences. When I called to make an appointment I had spoken to the office manager and expressed my concerns. I quickly went in that day and when I got there the staff was extremely kind and understanding. The dental hygienist was amazing as well. I asked a ton of questions and she was patient and answered them.

The dentist as well was amazing and would definitely recommend going there. I truly can understand why this office has been open for such a long time.

Beware of erroneous billing practices. Had a procedure 6 months ago in July 2019 and today on January 20th 2020 I get a call saying that owe 500 bucks. If it took a whole 6 months for them to figure that out, how am supposed to trust what they are telling me? Also they hold on to your credit if you or your insurance company overpaid instead of just refunding the money. I will be reviewing the itemized bill in detail.

Just had my dental cleaning done again. Both Alex and Mona do a fantastic job! My husband and I have been coming here for our dental needs for 4 years.

The doctors at this office are very professional and staff are great. They helped explain what I need to do next. Would recommend to anyone looking for dentist.

I've been come here for around 10 years. They do great work at a great price. I am especially a big fan of Alexandra (Alex). She has been cleaning my teeth every 6 months for those 10 years and does a great job. Highly recommend coming here.

I love the DentFirst office in Johns Creek. I have been going there for over 2 years now. Everyone there is always helpful and friendly. Although it's a large office with many different employees, I have always seen the same dentist and hygienist so we have built a relationship. (Dr. Masek and Ms. Weiler) It's quick and easy to make appointments and I've never had to wait to be seen. It definitely takes a little of the unpleasantness out of the equation!
