Densetsu

Best sushi restaurant around. Dine in or pickup/delivery, you cannot go wrong. Give me a Superman Burrito and I am in heaven! Never had anything that wasn't great there.

Rolls are amazing and sashimi is so fresh and large portions. Love this place. Quality is consistent. Also love the Superman burrito !

This was my first time going to Densetsu. I was completely blown away at how good their sushi was. The fish was nice and fresh and the rolls were absolutely delicious. We started off by ordering the Crazy Horse roll, Eel roll and the Superman burrito for us to split. The rolls were absolutely perfect, they had great flavor and the fish was perfect. The Superman burrito was the best part of the meal. First of all it was huge (as the name suggests) secondly it was a sushi burrito, what more could you want? The burrito came with 3 different sauces for you to dip the burrito in, they all three complimented the sushi very well. Just like the rolls the burrito was very fresh and delicious. Overall, this was some of the best sushi I have ever had. The food was great, the staff was excellent and the meal was an overall fun experience.

Prices went waaaaaayyyyyy up! Not good. Superman burrito now $23-24?????? If thats the new price they need to make the burrito super large or have 2 burritos. I love this place but What a rip off.

Used to work down the street from here. I have tried several things from here and litteraly everything is good. My favorite by FAR is the superman burrito. SOO good. rice, crab meat, avacado, tuna and salmon all in a burrito?? omg, yes please. I will be coming back here again and again just for this burrito. All of their sushi is wonderful as well, very fresh and huge portions. Their bento boxes during lunch offer the best bang for your buck, soup, salad, tempura, gyoza and an entree for about $10. BEST sushi in plano.

The sushi burrito is absolutely disgusting (and ridiculously overpriced for using such low-quality ingredients).

I'm pretty sure this is our new go-to sushi joint in Plano. Densetsu is legit! We loved the food we got at Naan, but it was mitigated by the god-awful service. Densetsu had both great food AND great service, so clearly it is the winner here.

We came by for a late lunch on Saturday and tried the Krispy Roll and the Superman Burrito. The Krispy Roll was utterly delicious! We annihilated that plate in mere moments. The Superman Burrito was... well, you can't beat a sushi burrito. Unfortunately, after our gyoza appetizer and the previous roll, neither of us could finish the sushirrito goodness. We did our best, though!

All of the waitstaff were incredibly friendly, and even the sushi chefs were talkative (something I have not noticed at other sushi joints). Everyone went out of their way to make all the guests feel welcome. We will definitely be back to Densetsu, and have even discussed bringing a group of friends to tackle the Superman Burrito together!

It is no longer the same as when the previous owners ran it. It was very good then but things have gone downhill. Especially the service.

The previous owners have opened in Allen called Shiawase. There, you will be wowed once again by the same vibe the old Densetsu once was. Excellent service & food.
