Del Taco

Ordered two breakfast burritos and they added bacon without notifying me. I can't eat bacon, and couldn't eat the burritos, so I called asking for a refund, which they refused flat out. I would never visit this location again.

Yes, 5 Stars, because, unlike other Del Taco stores closer to me that I've or from, this store has not ever gotten my customized *delivery* orders wrong in any way. See, I'm disabled and I don't get out much because my disability is physical, MS. The one occasion that I ordered from inside, the order was made exactly the way that I ordered it, and my orders ALWAYS are customized orders, except when getting the 60¢ tacos, those aren't worth paying the extra to customize. I often get the Chicken Fiesta Pack with all of the burritos having guacamole added.
Also, I always order the maximum sauces, 1ea Mild/Inferno/DelScorcho per item, that I'm allowed because I use them, either with Del Taco food or other foods. (Believe me, the food in this Nursing Facility need doctoring because it's always bland because "some" patients need it saltless & bland, SO, everyone gets saltless & bland. Their kitchen and staff isn't large enough to differentiate for those that *CAN* have it flavored well.)

I think the Tacos Del Carbon, *with extra cilantro*, are best as they are like Street tacos. I just wish that they hadn't started charging for extra sauce on them.

Not even a response after I thanked the name-tag-less cashier for taking my order! She just turned around, walked away and started chatting with the food preparers in the back!

Ordered 8 Tacos gave no sauce packets.

Going to Taco Bell next time!

Guy was rude, gave me old ground beef in my taco , the taco shell was cold was also given a piece of the lettuce

The burritos were pretty good. The classic grilled chicken was a bit too salty like they put too much sauce in it. Condiment counter was completely closed. The location was not very clean. There are litters on the floor. Staff was very nice! Much nicer than what I expected from a quick service restaurant. They were patience with customers too.

It seems like there's not enough people working to take an order. The car is come first and when you do finally ask if someone can help you they give you such a filthy look.

I would give zero stars, but since I love Del taco so much, I'll give this location one, despite its inability to function as a business.

Every time you go, their will be a wait. Even if they're not busy. Could be because there are only three people working there, but that's just speculation.

When you finally do get your food, you better check it. The order is likely incorrect.

Look, I get it. Mistakes happen. But it's different here. It's literally every single time. Just went on Sunday after not going for at least six months and it was the same experience. Total s-show.

Food is subpar too. Almost forgot to mention. I swear this is a bootleg DT. I can't believe the actual chain would allow an embarrassment like this to barely operate under its name.

This store needs attention to appearance and trash around outside building. Ordered green burritos, some fries, fish tacos. Nothing hot. Fries oily and limp. Burritos filled minimum with sprinkling of cheese and green sauce maybe an eye dropper worth. Really disappointing and not worthy of any other Del Taco drive thrus I've been to. Some better than others but none bad. This place needs improvement all around

I've been coming to this same location for 5 years. Whoever was the man working tonight 2/24/24 at 2:40am IS TERRIBLE AMD TRASH!!!! He is so rude. He makes me not ever want to come to Del Taco again. If you don't want the job then don't work in customer service. Their lights were out and I couldn't see what was an item on a menu. I asked him he had an attitude when it literally wasn't lit on the menu because the lights were down. I also asked him for packs of sauce and he walked off while I was talking to him and then got smart. He really needs to be fired. I don't even feel comfortable eating my food because of his attitude. He's the type of terrible customer service worker that would spit in your food. If anyone should have had an attitude it should have been me after how long it too the food to come. It took so long the person in front of me drove off without their food. I was kind and he was as mean as a snake. Disgusting.

Idc what quality the food is at 3am but leaving out the French fries is ungodly. Straight up service seriously? Even asking me a second time what condiments I needed, including ketchup... then leaving the fries out is insane. Obviously that's all the people want are the fries. Lazyassholes

I've given this del taco location every chance to not receive a horrific review. I've been holding back for years now. The employees at this location are not bright. They 100% of the time will get your order wrong, miss an item, tell you to your face there is a fork and napkins in the bag when there isn't, they'll ask you what kind of hot sauce you want and somehow that won't make it into the bag. If you come late at night get ready for them to tell you "we can't take your order for 10 minutes because the computer is down". 0/5 star review. Go to the del taco on San Fernando /western, they actually have competent workers there. I remember my first job working fast food I went above and beyond for people and took pride in my work. I guess that's just not a thing anymore for the newer generations. Lastly, there's always transients here. AVOID THIS LOS FELIZ LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
