Deck Repair Pros

I would give Rich 6 stars if I could. Rich is extremely honest and professional. He responds promptly and personally. I had an unexpected issue with my deck and he didn't hesitate to come out and repair months after the initial completion. His goal is to make sure his customers are completely satisified with the work.
I would not hesitate to recommend Deck Repair Pro's to anyone.

Very disappointed. I should have looked at all the reviews. They talk about a team but I only saw one man applying plaster. The only excellent review this year was somebody that did not use his service. Yes he talks the talk. Be careful. What can I do I signed a contract and as someone said he gets your money and then he is gone.

Although we have not used the company for work, I have to say my interaction with Rich was stellar. He came out and looked at our deck and saved us money by stating the leak came most likely from another source. He was honest with his opinions and gave us options to move forward. I would not hesitate to use this company for decking needs.

Deckpros is the worst company ever. Once Rick the owner gets your money, he could care less about what the finished job looks like. I would give them "0" stars if I could.

I have no review of this company because they never returned my call from 4 days ago. I wanted to get an estimate and left a voice mail but they didn't call back. Not a good start.

Rich is local so I figured he'd have a good understanding of the waterproofing problems people experience with their decks and balconies in this area. He was very personable, and gave us a very reasonable price. Rich had Enrique work on the balcony, and he was meticulous, worked very hard every day, and would work late if he had to. The man is a perfectionist. He would clean the area every evening too. He was very respectful and courteous. I was very impressed with his work and work ethic. The balcony floor looks very nice.

Rich actually responds, personally. That's so rare for me to find nowadays that it surprises me. Plus he's a nice guy who does great work. I hired him to repair the deck at my MIL's house. Even though I was living out of town, I didn't have to babysit him or his crew. They did an excellent job and we haven't had any leaks. I just text him to get a quote for my front balcony/deck. He responded right away with an appointment for two days from now. Superb guy.

It's no surprise to me that they get all these 5 star ratings. Rich who is the owner returns his phone calls and definitely know what he's doing. We own a building in Hermosa Beach that's been in my family for over 40 years. The roof is a deck and until we found Rich it leaked. After all these years it is finally dry. I wish my Mom was alive to see it! She always said that the roof was the Achille's heel of the building. If you have a leak or some kind of composite deck don't hesitate to call him. He's the best!

The owner, Rich, answers the phone personally and showed up at my door the same day I called to give me a free quote.

I told him I had a leak in my deck roof. He came and looked at it. He could've just told me to fix it and spend $5000 but he did a simple test and determined that I did not need the repair.

Most people would've just pushed for the expensive repair job. I would not have known the difference and I can appreciate it when someone is professional and honest. There so many times in this type of home repair business where you have to be wary of someone trying to sell you something you don't need.
