David Torgerson - Versant Real Estate

David was the selling agent for a house I recently purchased. During the transaction, the seller decided they wanted to take some of the appliances they had listed as staying. David offered to replace them, so we proceeded with the transaction. That was over a month ago. I have reached out to David via text and email and have had no response at all. I cannot find an order he states he has placed at Home Depot. I wanted to be involved in picking out the appliances and would have liked to pay the difference between a base model and one I wanted. At this point, I will need to order my own appliances, since we need them when we move in. I would not trust David's word, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. I'm sorry I was trusting and did not get this all in writing. My bad.

David was key to getting my house sold in Helena. The process of selling a house is stressful. David's experience and calm approach to working through the issues that came up made the difference in completing the sale. He represented my interests in dealing with the buyer, worked to find solutions to problems, was available to answer my questions, and quickly responded to whatever was required -- whether that was writing up counter-offers or letting in repairmen. His assistant, Shawna, is very professional and was equally responsive to any questions as well. Highly recommend.
