Thanks to Liz I was able to find the perfect dress for my wedding. I was positive I was not getting a dress the first day I was looking. With the help of Liz, she listen to what I was describing and came up with the perfect dress!

Was so disappointed in my dress. The service was 10 stars, prices were reasonable and selection was fantastic. I found my dress, tried it on and it was perfect except there was a small stain on the back. There was no problem ordering me a new one. My dress came all wrapped up and beautiful so I put it away for a month until the wedding. Day of the wedding I put it on and the back zipper was torn and the bodice was completely out of shape. This was by no means a new dress. So always check your dress again when it arrives at the store.

This review is for a particular consultant as I have not been to this exact location. I visited the location in Costa Mesa, CA, but my consultant told me it was her last day there as she was moving to this location.

My consultant, Colleen, was PHENOMENAL. She asked me a few questions about my preferences and budget, then got me and my entourage of 6 settled into our spot. This was my first time trying on dresses, so I was nervous about not finding something I liked within my price range.

We tried on a few dresses my crew had picked out, but none of them were "the one". The 5th dress I tried on was one that Colleen pulled for me and it was THE ONE. I didn't expect to have a dress make me feel so good about myself and my body. I almost immediately started crying and had to keep myself from sobbing. The best part was, the dress was under budget!!

Colleen was more than I was anticipating to get in a consultant. She was knowledgeable, quick, adaptable, accommodating, and all around STELLAR at what she does. You can tell she likes what she does, knows her inventory, and knows people. She picked something I wouldn't have grabbed for myself and let me know the alteration options available so I could make it EXACTLY what I wanted (I'm adding drop shoulder sleeves).

Was mis-measured by a sales rep who couldn't answer my questions about how the tall-length dress would fit. As a result, the dress was ordered a size too small and when I tried to replace it they could only get it to me one week before the wedding, leaving me with next to no time for alterations. The customer service rep was helpful and kind when she helped me order the replacement, but the original mid-measurement really screwed things up with my bridesmaid dress.

I had a great experience here! Found my dress on my first day of looking. Colleen was the best- very fu to work with and she did a great job of learning about who I was!

I went here recently for my future sister-in-law's wedding dress fitting. This was her first time going to a fitting and prior to going, she was already nervous. We came here because this is the only real place to get wedding dresses in the city. Overall, the environment and the store itself was clean and nice. It looked like other David's Bridal stores I've been to.

The selection of dresses was very nice and organized. It was easy to go through and find what you wanted. The staff seemed to be very informed and knowledgeable.

The reason I'm giving two stars is because my future sister in-law felt very rushed and didn't feel a personal connection with the staff. She felt they primarily wanted to sell a dress at any measure and not really make her feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, it appeared to be a very stressful situation. The staff seemed annoyed at our party and we didn't feel a very intimate connection that most brides want.

Perhaps it was an off day, but the experience of finding a wedding dress should be more comfortable and relaxed.

I must say I was really nervous about going in and trying on dresses. I had no idea about what I wanted or what would even work for my body. Kristie was so helpful, I loved every minute with her. I had to bring my 9month old with me and it was not an easy task but she helped me so much and let me enjoy the whole experience. She's amazing!
I found the perfect dress at a more than perfect price. I would highly recommend going there.

Veronica at the Sioux City store is amazing!!! She knows what she's doing, she has great ideas and she listens to you. I enjoyed this experience so much more than I thought I would because of her!

We went today to look for a wedding dress for my daughter. We walked in and we're immediately greeted and introduced to our stylist Bridget. We had a big party that came to share this special time with our daughter and the staff and Bridget made us all feel so welcome. They had a list of the dresses that Ashley had picked out before online and put in her saved box. We started with her top pick and went from there. Bridget ended up picking a dress out for her that she determined from some of her prefences that she thought Ashley would like and it ended up being the "one"

The whole experience was so special for our only daughter. She had made the comment that she was so worried about this process of the wedding planning and that it was so much better than she ever imagined. Thank you Bridget and the staff at David's Bridel for making this day special for her!

Loved my experience! I went with my sister, best friend, and mother to look for my wedding dress. I was there for a long time but the girls were patient and helped me until I found the one. They gave me a lot of options and also gave me ideas to make my dress unique. It was great, I'm excited to go back in a couple months for my last fitting and alterations.

The selection/facilities are nice and the same as every other David's Bridal. The disappointment came with the service. I needed a bridesmaids dress and needed to figure out how to make it work when I'll be seven months pregnant. They were unhelpful in the process and honestly a bit rude. In fact, they told me I wouldn't be allowed to have their seamstress do the alterations (because I would be "changing the style of the dress"). So, I got my dress because I had too, but if I had to do this again I would drive a bit further to Sioux Falls because the customer service there is much better.
