Came here for food only. It's nice having an option to eat in this winery area. I got the 3 cheese grilled cheese with a side of their roasted red pepper soup.
The grilled cheese was okay, the cheese wasn't well distributed (thick on one side and non existent on another) but had good flavor and was perfect for dipping into the soup.
I haven't had roasted red pepper soup so I can't compare to others but I loved it! Great flavor. A friend got the squash soup and said that was tasty as well. They have salads and panini options as well.
This place has a good amount of space to sit and move. It is also family/ dog friendly. Overall I would come back.

Stopped in here on a whim while doing some wine sampling and what do you know, it was some of the best wine we had tried all day. Plus we were able to get some delicious flat bread as a snack to go with our wine.

      Wine flight and flat bread!

A wonderful find, so sad to hear they are closing later this year. Great flatbreads and the wine flights were ample and tasty. We preferred the whites (and bought three) but the reds were worth revisiting.

My friend dragged me to do some wine tasting. We started at Davenport, which is more like a cute cafe with wine. I don't know a lot about wine quite yet, but I am getting increasingly interested in how the flavor changes depending on what you're eating (and how the flavor of the food changes, too). This is so weird to me given it doesn't quite happen with other drinks, like apple juice...

Anyway, the service was cordial and professional and the wine "good" by this novice's standards (whereas I thought Château Ste. Michelle was no bueno). You clearly don't get the whole winery experience at a place like Davenport, at least not the way we did things (vs. Château Ste. Michelle having a venue where they host concerts and facility tours), but it does the job if you are like my friend and just want to taste and spend money buying some good wine.

Bottom line: Good wine. Good service. Food available for purchase.

Wine tasting with chocolate parings?! Say what?! Did I just dream it or did it really happen? Lucky for me, it really happened.

We had nothing going on this past Saturday (02/08/14) afternoon and decided "wine" not go wine tasting! I know, lame. Anyway, we were at the wherehouse wine district in Woodinville and walked in to Davenport Cellars. We were greeted by the owner, given the tasting sheet and off we went in to the back area. Low and behold, Intrigue Chocolate Co. was there for a chocolate pairing with the wines. I am not so much the chocoholic, however my husband is a tried and true chocoholic. BUT I do love wine! So this was a perfect!

Our wine tastes included the 2012 Snowflake, 2012 Semillon, 2009 RHD, 2009 Continuity, 2008 Continuity. I have to say I really enjoyed the Continuity wines, great Cab blends. And our chocolate pairings enhanced the flavor of the wines.

Overall, it was a great experience, and the chocolate pairings were a nice bonus!

This sandwich was amazing. Smoked ham and cheese, and the salad was vinegary and bright with tomatoes. SO yummy. It's a too die for meal with a great price, and there's a tasting menu for wine that's cool too.

Favorite winery to visit, friendly staff. Also you can have a wonderful meal in there restaurant. The wines are wonderful, try Snowflake. There are located in the warehouse district in Woodinville.

I couldn't decide which was my favorite wine here.

I tasted four and they got better with each glass. Maybe that was their master plan but it worked.

I liked their white, Snowflake a lot. But in the end, the syrah won my heart.

A comfortable tasting room in Warehouse Row, Davenport also had some tasty cheese and crackers to go with the wine. And bonus, chocolates by the wine. I also liked how they gave us new glasses instead of reusing them between the white and reds.

We were wandering through the winery warehouse district on a drizzly afternoon and as we were walking by Davenport Cellars, one of the owners waved at us which drew us in. That day, they were offering tastes of 3 whites, 2 reds and a rose'. The Snowflake and Hodge Podge are both Sauv Blanc/Semillon blends. I thought they were both very easy to drink, crisp and clean with just a touch of sweet. They also had a 100% Semillon which was very balanced and would complement any meal, or cheese plate. We also tried their red blends, R.H.D. and Continuity (my favorite!) Both were smooth and delicious on their own. We didn't get to try the Syrah as they were getting low on that one, but we did end the visit with a taste of the rose' which I would put in the dessert wine category, sweet and decadent.

I liked how they gave us new glasses when we went from whites to reds, and there was an array of several different crackers, cheese, and Macrona almonds to nibble on. We were also offered a tour of their barrel room, and a brief lesson in their crush, fermentation and bottling process, which was a bonus. Great wines at economical prices and winemakers who are both enthusiastic and hospitable. We walked out with some Semillon and Continuity.

I would never have found this place if my friend didn't direct me to this industrial park of wineries.

I highly recommend their Orange Moscato ($18)... it is so delicious and great for all the candy wine drinkers!
