Darby Winery

We stopped in Darby Winery the other night with four of us as we were early for an event and decided to show two of our party the unique speakeasy vibe here.

We shared a bottle of the delicious and aromatic 2021 Merlot while sitting in the antique red leather studded chairs under the Bison picture. We saw Teresa, the marketing manager from the last time we were there and chatted for a bit.

A great place to hang out with a darker yet bright enough to see each other atmosphere.

I'm simply obsessed with this tasting room in Woodinville!

Let's start with the mood. It's dark, dreamy, modern... so beautifully decorated and designed. It stands out easily against other tasting rooms in this area that didn't put much effort into mood, or need a remodel.

Second, there is a speakeasy! Head into the room on the right and the bookcase opens into another perfectly moody room where you can entertain privately and even put a vinyl on.

Let's not forget the wines! We did a white/red combo tasting (think it was just the standard one) and I loved every wine we tasted. The Chaos particularly stood out to me and I hands-down need to go back for a case.

My only hesitation in sharing about this is I'm afraid it will get too busy It's such a gem and easily stands out as one of the top options to regular in Woodinville.

Had a great time with some girl friends at Darby!! We reserved the back room so we could fit our entire group. The flights were included with the reservation for everyone and the wine was amazing! I got 2 bottles to-go when we left, and we tried some food on the menu which comes from the place next door - so yummy!!

Great and amazing place to have a wine. Unfortunately we were late however our bartenders took care of us. We hang for a bit at their private speaksy room. Great venue and great staff.

Great wine bar with great wine. The people are always very knowledgeable about the current wine selections but they are also knowledgeable about the surrounding vineyards also so don't hesitate to ask.

The outside seats are a little small but inside was comfortable with nice comfortable vibe.

A terrific little winery to visit. The people here are quite knowledgable about wine and were generous with both the information and wine. Aunt Lee was a big hit and we ended up ordering a bottle of that one as well as some of the other reserve wines.

Inside was good though the stools were a little high for some of the tables for some reason. They were moving spaces though so it'll be worth making a visit to the new space.

We really enjoyed this one; nice location, nice people and great wine. Great way to spend an afternoon.

delightful space! open 7 days a week! you have access to food and their amazing wines!!! An excellent place to hit any day of the week.

First time here wanted to check out the speak easy side of the tasting room. This location has a cute set up. It's located at the old Long Shadow location. We walked in and it wasn't as busy but was asked to wait, which was ok since we didn't have a reservation. Our host told us they were under staffed and looked very stressed out. We were given a complimentary rosè to start with than we went for the Luxury red tasting. All the wines were ok until we got a complimentary tasting of Purple Haze! This was just perfect to end our evening. It was $20 bottle and I could see myself drinking this bottle solo. Such a great wine and price point. Tasting runs from $25+ and is waived after two wine bottle purchase. Tasting room is nice, spacious and they have a private room at the back. I did sneak into the speak easy side as they were seating their guest. It's not big but loved the dark mysterious vibe. Maybe next time round I'll make reservations to sit in there. This place is worth a visit if in the area.

Apparently, this is a brand new location for Darby winery - I've never been before, but it was very delightful... You can do a wine tasting if you want or just have a simple glass of wine which I did... Gorgeous space with a fun little hidden room behind the bookshelf... Thumbs up

Celebrating my Mom's birthday with a tasting at Darby was the best way to close out her trip visiting from California! The new tasting room has such a great moody vibe with different sitting areas you can choose from. Everyone was so kind and the experience was so memorable! Chaos was our favorite!
