Dance Designs

I danced here for 8 years and the last one I regreted not leaving sooner. The dance istructer wasted about half of my jazz class talking about religion and I felt left out because I had no clue what she was talking about. She makes us do the dance in front of eachother and tell eachother what we did well and what we didn't. She uses music so old that my grandfather (age 78) would sing along in the audiance. She has a dance troup that goes around "spreading the joy of dance" (spreading religion) and I wasn't allowed in "because I could be happier" but honestly, my mom and I agree that it was because she figured out my religion. I was held back when I was ready to jump forward and my dancing suffered. Her husband runs the front desk and he once wipped a ball at me while we were playing dodgeball and it hit me in the eye. did he appologize? no, he didn't. These are only some of the things I have to say. I would NOT recomend this dance studio unless you are Christian and are extreamly easy going and serious about dancing not to mention forgiving.
