Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

It was a beautiful day for a cold treat! Headed to Dairy Queen. Plenty of parking,friendly staff and the treats were good. However, there wasn't a clean table in the place, the floor literally had trash on it. There was a sign that said wet floor but it had to have been there for a long time because nothing had been cleaned recently. I am big on the cleanliness of places I go to eat. It would take not more than 10 minutes for someone to go spray and wipe the tables and seats down. You can do better DQ. We opted to sit outside. The had a pretty large patio area and it seemed much cleaner than the inside.

Service is usually fast and friendly but not always. We've visited this location several times and never had an issue with the food or ice cream until our last visit (a few days ago). I ordered a chili dog, fries, pretzel sticks and a blizzard. The hot dog tasted and had the texture of a cheap hot dog, not a flavorful beef one and they didn't give us the cup of cheese for the pretzels. I paid about $8-$9 on those two items alone and the chili dog went into the trash along with 2 of the pretzel sticks. Had we dined in I would've asked to make it right but we went through the drive thru so I wasted money

i always come here it's sooooooo good and usually fast unless busy . pretty expensive but it's good . the fries are the best here rather than any other dairy queen and always nicely salted and fresh . love the icecream too . never have an issue with this place

Cone dipped in chocolate was somewhat smaller in size too

Great location. We always receive prompt and courteous service. Drive thru typically moves fairly quick, even on weekends.

One of the worst DQ ive ever been at.
Prices overly high. Service was bad and rude. Cashier questioned me when I didnt hear the total as I pulled up since she never told me the total on the speaker. Then she said you did order blah blah blah? I said yes. She says well? Its 434 like I said!
Nobody smiled or said thank you. And my blizzard was like a shake. No wonder why they didnt turn it over. Need a better freezing system in that store. Temp today was 78 deg. And yet when I drive by ,the place is always mobbed . I guess Mooresville will accept anything for ice cream . Sad!!

service was poor, girl at the counter took our order inside, my husband ordered the chicken strip basket, I ordered the rotisserie chicken bites size large and it was handed a salad with very few pieces of chicken, obviously that's not what I ordered but the girl immediately was playing on her phone right afterwards (hiding it behind the counter, was very obvious) which tells me she's not paying attention. we will just go to the one in martinsville from now on since Mooresville now has poor quality service skills.

This review is strictly a comparison between the McDonald's Oreo Frappe and the Dairy Queen Oreo Frappe.

After seeing their frappes advertised on TV, I had to come see what Dairy Queen had to offer. After being tasting what I was served, I noticed a few things. When it comes to having a coffee flavor, McDonald's wins hands-down. I don't know if that is because they put more coffee or real coffee in instead of whatever DQ does. Dairy Queen's frappe is noticeably creamier and definitely wins when it comes to the amount of actual Oreos in the drink. I would order one again if I found myself back here, but I prefer McDonald's because I like to know I'm getting some sort of coffee (or at least I hope I am!) in my drink.

The girl lied or just didn't know what's on the burger .the food was average the service is below average they were all in the back yelling at each other

We came during an insanely busy afternoon where an entire baseball team was in line ahead of us. They opened another line and got people through very quickly. The restaurant was good and the quality of the food was great.
