The Raleigh Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation welcomes you! Volunteers are the key to our success and the lifeblood of our organization. We have opportunities for members of our community to get involved at any level. Whether you encourage friends and family to participate in Great Strides, join a committee and help attract sponsors for an event or become an advocate and help spread awareness about cystic fibrosis, your involvement will help us achieve our mission - finding a cure for all people with CF.
