Oh man- destroyed my sciatic nerve- was referred here- amazing- all the docs and staff are great. If you get massage- this is theraputic not that rub rub stuff- Rosita is amazing- she finds those little knots you didn't know you had. Sandra.....she does deep trigger point massage- it is "deep" meaning take deep breaths, get through it and you are going to feel so much better very quick. I mainly use doctor Potter- he is great at explaining what is going on. Dr. Wong is also great. I just rotate through the docs and massage staff. And Mr. Waldo.....runs the electro stim/heat therapy/traction area with his assistants- also great. Highly recommend you try this before you go to an orthopedic who will stick you or cut you. These folks will send you if you can't be helped here. They are amazing working your insurance dufuses too to be sure you are covered.

My husbands first visit was yesterday and it went awful . He was quoted on the phone when he made his appointment that it would cost him $ 110.00 for his visit even though we have insurance and I also went and mine was covered under insurance and his was not . Also they charged him $ 210.00 instead and me $ 55.00 ? They are a total rip off and will never be back .

Do not come here!!! They will STEAL your money from you... I prepaid almost $500 for a month of service here and then once I finally realized that I actually had an infection in my spine thanks to an MRI (that they never recommended, only got it once I went to the ER). I only went to 2 appointments out of the whole month that I paid for. Mind you there was 3 weekly appointments that they recommended so in total almost 12. However, once I realized what the actual issue(osteomyelitis) was and not their awful misdiagnosis... I had to be admitted to the hospital.
So naturally because I pre paid for a service that I am no longer needing (due to being on antibiotics) I asked for a refund for the REMAINDER of the funds that I did not use.
This has been a battle since June of this year.... their office is sneaky!!! the insurance case manager never emails me back when I reach out, when I try to call she gives me some BS reason why I can't get the money "YET"... and they have done nothing to try and refund my money that they OWE ME.
This is ridiculous... we are in a pandemic... my money is already stretch absolutely thin and on top of the medical bills that piled up bc they wasted my time and my infection got worse than it needed...
So please do yourself a favor and do not come to this facility. Your time and money will be wasted.
Also all of the equipment there is definitely 30-40+ years old..... so I'm sure your money could be spent better elsewhere into someone's pocket who actually deserves and actually cares about their clients not just $$$Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alicia G.Colorado Springs, CO111919Jan 25, 2021
Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and Dr. Wong seriously saved my life! I was in constant pain every day, couldn't sit or lay comfortably and now after 4 visits I have no pain, know the problem, and we are working to correct it. Couldn't ask for more!

Always extremely late! First time my daughter had an injection we waited an hr past her appt. This visit we have been waiting 1.5 hrs and are still sitting in the waiting room. Unacceptable!! The only reason for 2 stars is the staff is very friendly.
UPDATE: 1.5 hrs and still sitting in waiting room.
UPDATE: 2.75 hrs after her appt and just saw the dr. Put in another waiting room to wait for her injection
UPDATE: 4 HRS and she just went in for her injection!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Crystal V.Houston, TX01414Jun 20, 2016
I didn't have a great experience. I feel like they are more about money than genuinely helping people.
I went in because I pulled something in my lower back. I had a whole therapy session and did not feel any different/better than before I walked in.
They took X-rays and I was told I would need to come back the next day to go over them because it takes 24 hours to have them ready. I'm sorry but I have had many X-rays done and they are ready within 20 minutes. As advanced as technology is now days, that's hard to believe. But it's just another way they try to get more money... I'm getting to that.
In my consultation I was told the first visit would be $125. Ok that sounded reasonable. But when I went to check out, I was told "oh it's actually $150, I forgot to add $25 for the adjustment"
Ok so back to the X-rays the next day. I was told I was being charged $125 just for the chiropractor to sit down and go over them!? AND I could not have a copy that day because the doctor has patients and it could take a few days to burn to a cd. So you're charging people $125 and they can't even walk out with a copy?!
That was on a Friday, so Monday I go to pick up the copy of my X-rays on a disc and I'm told it's $25 FOR THE CD!!! One
.50 CD?! I couldn't believe it.
Needless to say, they did waive the fee after me questioning it and I won't be going back.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Whitney L.Houston, TX252125121Apr 10, 2017

The word Chiropractor has a very negative connotation in the medical field. When I tell someone that they helped me eliminate pain and aches for a very physically demanding portion of my life, they either blow me off or think that its a hoax. Quick side note: my mom was in a wheel chair the first time she "rolled" into this office, she was told without invasive spinal surgery there was a 80% chance she would not walk again. With medical advances from then till now it might not hold as much truth but, this was true when she seeking medical advise in 1994. Over the course of 7 weeks she made "an astounding recovery" and was able to walk again. Here is the truth, and beware sometimes it does hurt: the synthetic medical field does not want the general population to find a "cure" unfortunately the medical field thrives on money, a dead patient brings no money, a sick patient keeps bringing money. It is the ugly truth but, it is the reality.
As you can see the review is 5 stars, I am getting to that, just stay with me. When a student decides to sign up to be a doctor/ medical professional, nine times out of ten it is because the student wants to help people. Secondary to that the medical student takes an oath, or promise if you will, a very touching and heart warming promise. For more information on said "oath" you can visit this link (http://guides.library.jhu.edu/c.php?g=202502&p=1335759) or goolge "Hippocratic Oath".
The reason behind this 5 star review is that I truly believe this Chiropractic office stands behind that oath absolutely one hundred percent of the time.
Whether or not you think "natural medicine" is for "hippies" or for you, the fact is it is a real thing, and it is effective. Without these heart touching doctors and medical therapists at Cy-Fair Chiropractic, I would be rolling my mom around, and I would feel 20 years older. On behalf of my family and I, thank you!

My former chiro recommended this place to me years ago when I moved to Cypress. They have worked with me on payment arrangements and with my difficult insurance. I have seen Dr. Muilenburg more frequently as he is primary for my insurance but when he's out I have seen Dr. Wong and Dr. Potter. All 3 are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I have made many last minute calls and they fit me in. The wait sometimes can be overwhelming but they do pay special care to your needs. Rosa is their best massage therapist! She works magic!!! I feel much better after my therapy and care here.
