CVS Pharmacy

So I am not that person , but today I need to say the manager from CVS on main st RP was so rude to me ..... well I have a broken foot I was going to pay in self serve when he approached the register I asked if I could pay with him he said whatever you like ... I hobbled over there I have (a broken foot can barely stand , barely walk ) and give him the coupons he said I AM NOT GOING THRU THEM ! IF YOU HAVE ONE YOU GIVE IT TO ME ! All the young girls and guys who work there usually take them specially when your hands are full and you ask for help but the manager doesn't ?
The young people who work here should teach this manager customer service (I could understand if I had a million coupons that I took out of my purse with COVID and all )but I printed them from his machine .
When I left he said thank you , before I could say you are welcome to him , he said you are welcome and have a nice day like implying I did not say anything to him . I have seen him there before , he has never interacted with me like this. I have been coming to this CVS for 20 + years and never never have been treated with disrespect.
Donnie ( I think store manager on 8-11 at around 10 am ) maybe is time to look for another job .

The store is excellent as is the staff . However the pharmacy is beyond horrible . They are controlled by corporate protocols and often fill medication without consent to meet monthly quotas . This creates issues with insurances and the customer is left with a financial disaster to which nobody can help. You are directed to call Corporate and nobody answers ( Big Surprise) . I have had many issues with their process and despite my efforts to stop them , nothing has worked . Although the pharmacy is conveniently located in my home town , I have decided they are not a good fit because as a Diabetic and mother of one also I can not afford to continue doing business with a company that is concerned with $$ over health . Highly disapprove and hope my review helps others.

To be completely honest, there isn't anything particularly special about this CVS Pharmacy other than its location. Main Street is the ideal spot for businesses in Ridgefield Park, and with its comfortable corner spot on the block, CVS takes advantage of this factor.

Depending on the time of day, this place ranges from nearly empty (only 2-3 people in the store) to busy (15+ customers browsing the aisles). That's not to say the store doesn't receive a lot of traffic - because it definitely does - it's just not as concentrated as, say, a more congested area like its surrounding towns, such as Teaneck or Hackensack, New Jersey.

I can't really comment on the pricing, as it's pretty standard for the chain, but I will mention that the selection is rather disappointing. While I can often find what I'm looking for, there have been several instances where I'll be shopping for an item that is usually easily located in a pharmacy, and haven't been able to get it here. Meanwhile, the CVS in the next town over carries an average quantity of the exact product that was absent in the Ridgefield Park branch.

Again, the location is fantastic, but the selection is undeniably lacking. The store itself is well kept, and the prices are as reasonable as any other CVS Pharmacy, but there is certainly much room for improvement here.

The store is well stocked and clean. The pharmacist is the best, which of course, is most important. She is like the pharmacists I had in NY, when there were privately owned pharmacies

Always clean and the staff is very helpful. Their shelves are well stocked and if they don't have it they will order it for you. I've been going to this CVS for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. Thanks Ridgefield Park, NJ CVS for all you do.

Only giving one star because I absolutely have to give a star in order to review. I've used this Pharmacy for years, up until today. I will no longer go in there. Not even for a pack of gum! Maritza is an awful person to deal with. Not even an hour into her shift, she was being rude and giving me an attitude, to the point where I took my prescription back and left. She then had a snarky, "have a nice day". Well you know what lady? Don't take your miserable life out on other people. Keep your attitude at the door before you walk in. I've dealt with high school students with better attitudes than this grown woman.

I have never felt so comfortable and happy at a cvs before like I do with this location . The manager is the most pleasant gentleman ever that comes out immediately to ring you up when there is a line, the staff ALWAYS asks me at checkout if they can help me with anything else. Especially Tammy. The Pharmacy dept is also wonderful. Silvia and Adrianna and Maritza and of course Abdul and my favorite Nilay. Not sure I spelled the names right but they are simply the best! I drive to the cvs all the time no matter what! Also it's across the street to a wonderful Riverside Medical Group!
