CVS Pharmacy

This is my favorite cvs to go to in town. They are always clean, well stocked, and the workers are friendly and eager to help.

I had just been released from the hospital diagnosed with double pneumonia. I needed to get my medication. They told me that my insurance won't pay for my medication because the doctor that prescribed it Isnt a Medicare doctor. I went to the emergency room they all provide for Medicare. I was on the phone with the insurance company and back-and-forth in there three times and still didn't get my medication. The business day was over. Had to wait till the next day the next day I called the hospital had them send the prescription to 182 South Ridge St.where I walked in got my medication covered by my insurance and wasn't even a question not one problem at all

I had a horrible experience with a new pharmacist. Thank goodness the other location, 182 S Ridge St is so close. Be careful.

The old woman at cashier was terribly short tempered and condescending with my grandmother during her checkout. She didn't realize I was her granddaughter that was standing next in line. Once I finally interjected, explaining I would rather help than have her continue to be rude to my grandmother, her tone changed entirely and she returned to her actual paid role of customer service. What's funny is she was actually the one that was wrong...twice. Despite all this I somehow maintained my good manners enough to be polite to her.
