Not a fan of CVS, seems like every location is worse then the other ones I have been to.
Customer service is terrible and lacking, especially in this location.
You can never find anyone to help you, or if they are available, then they are rude as hell.
They don't acknowledge you or greet you when you come in and the cashier are just miserable and don't want to be bothered.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0Mar 13, 2017Previous reviewVery upset about my trip to CVS tonight. So I go in around 730pm to pick up a few things for the movie night I was having with my daughter, like candies and soda. So I grab what I wanted that was on sale with the CVS card. I get to the register and ask the girl at the register to use their store card cause I have no clue of what phone number was used with my CVS card account. She responded with, "we can't use our store cards, we don't have any," okay so I said, can I sign up for one then since I want the sale price? Her response," we don't have any cards on site to sign up. As she starts talking to the other sales person and they both say yea we haven't had cards for weeks! Um okay why in the hell wouldn't you have cards to scan for your customers. Who in their right mind would spend $2.50 for one 2 liter of soda. I wanted the sale price damn it, and was fuming when they gave me those responses. I can see if the girls were nice about it also- but they were rude! Terrible customer service! I told the girl I wasn't paying for it and left and drove to my favorite Rite Aid instead- where the sales people are nicer and you can actually get the sale price with or without a card!

CVS pharmacy is the best. Always willing to help. Love the texting system for the status of your prescription and alerts on refill.

My husband and I came in Saturday afternoon and he's been very sick. The "Dr Sharon Feist"on duty ignored us for 10 minutes while she tried to get the tv to work? Anyways we told her we were trying to make an appointment and she said nothing was available today. We asked if the next person doesn't show up can he be seen? She slammed the door in our faces. Sure enough the next person did not show up for their appointment and the "Dr Sharon Feist" gave some crap excuse that it was a minute past too long and he couldn't be seen today. This woman had light skin, dark brown hair that was wrapped in a bun. She was extremely rude and makes a person wonder why be in the medical field if you don't care about helping people? Slamming a door in someone's face when they're trying to ask a question is not only rude - it is completely inappropriate for any business. This woman should be fired.

My family and I will never go back to this location. We typically shop at another one but what we needed (Allegra 24 hours) wasn't in stock at the store we normally go to. After we waited in the drive through line for 20 mins because they were obviously food shopping for the car in front of us, we witnessed them multiple times passing bags of groceries to the car, my husband was told he would have to come into the store to purchase. He explained the store down the street allowed allergy medicines to be purchased through the window and he is high risk of COVID. The tech replied "I don't know what to tell you, come inside" and initially wouldn't give my husband back his ID either. I'm honestly DISGUSTED. We will never be back.

Poor customer service from cashier. After waiting in line for 15 minutes was given grief by cashier with serious attitude on 2 different occasions. I'll be sure to pass on the frustration and cvs drama and go somewhere else in the future.

I'm not a fan of this location. This was my first and last visit to this store. I was on my way to my eye doctors and had to stop to grab something. The employees are nice and are not the problem. It seems that the customers are a lower class of people. They were so rude and disgusting. I had one women literally push me out of her way so she could grab something that I was standing in front of. Obviously she never heard of saying excuse me. I had another women refuse to move from the middle of the aisle after I said excuse me to her. She just gave me a dirty look. Maybe I should of pushed her out of my way. An employee had to yell at her to move. Never again. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the employees are nice.

This review has nothing to do with anything but the miserable cashier that waited on me today. It appeared that she was training a new young lady. Every time the young girl asked her a question she acted like the girl was bothering her. Then when I she took a major attitude with me! Miserable!!! Her name was Sue. She does not belong in retail.

This is my primary pharmacy. The medications I need are almost always in stock, and all staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Bill, the pharmacy manager is funny and actually makes going there a pleasure.

The pharmacy in this CVS is horrible. The staff working there is extremely rude & they never have my prescription ready even though I been picking it up for more then a year now. They always make me wait 20 minutes or more. Finally had enough can't wait to transfer to Walgreen.

This complaint has nothing to do with the store, or its cleanliness. This is a complaint against an employee as mentioned above. I have been experiencing terrible service from an employee by the name of Susan. I have had four visits in a row and walked out completely in awe at how Susan still has a job here. I am a former employee of CVS and know the emphasis that is stressed on customer service. Everyone has bad days however it seems that everyday is a bad day for her. She is rude, disrespectful and far from helpful. Pretty much the exact model of what a manager should not have behind the register greeting customers. On average my family spends between 200 to 300 $ monthly in the store. Recently we have been driving out of our way to go to the new location at Grant and Academy to receive better quality service. My mothers last visit Susan even told my mother as she walking behind the counter to the register " Ya know, you don't have to wait for me to unload the items from your basket". We were both shocked at the attitude and will not being going here anymore. Obviously we do not recommend this location if she is on the clock!
