      This location seemed to be lacking customer service training, but fortunately for them, they are conveniently located to several nearby hotels.

      I stopped in and spent several minutes looking for the snacks and decently priced drinks (which didn't happen as CVS likes to overprice drinks). I got the snacks and drinks I needed to last through this work trip. There was a pretty good line, and only one employee in site. Eventually another employee came up and started to help with the line of customers. I probably should have just looked up the nearest Walmart or Target instead since I didn't need any prescription items.

      Had a prescription I was alerted I had ready for pickup two days before Christmas. I tried to pick it up on Christmas Eve on my way out of town only to find they were on holiday hours (btw, I've yet to see evidence they are truly open the hours this place advertises), so was planning to pick up today. I received a text last night asking when will I pick it up. So, I promptly replied I'd pick it up today.
      Prior to going to pick up my script, I called to find out the cost, only to be told they'd put my script back in the shelf. Oh, but hell no. I am changing insurance companies in a few days. I will also be changing pharmacies after this. This is not the first time, but it WILL be the last.

      customer service is horrible. they lied saying they sent a message to my doctor about my prescription (they did not). im on the phone with my doctor to see if he could prescribe a different medicine and the pharmacist told me they dont have time for a new prescription because they are leaving. they close at 7pm i was there at 6:40pm because i work until 6 and it take a while to get there. horrible management horrible workers. i would of understood to come back the next day. but it seem as if my prescription wasnt of importance. as well as another customer i watch them turn around because they didnt have time to deal with it. an email message to me once they realize a problem would of been helpful instead of wasting a full day. looking at how many people have the same problem corporate might want to get a new staff at this location.

      The pharmacy ppl here are rude and unhelpful. I need to pick up my meds and they refuse to fill it until later when I don't have time to get them. Extremely annoying and unprofessional

      I really like this CVS. Not only are the employees always friendly, they're helpful too. They've saved me money on various occasions with giving advice about coupons and the pharmacists offering to help with rebates. Any time I need laundry detergent, milk, pantry items or cereal, this is the place to come. I especially like when they run sales on their cereal. Their seasonal items are fun too, especially for Halloween and Valentine's Day. This CVS is definitely the place to be year-round!

      Customer service is LACKING.

      I am 2 days away from my due date, CLEARLY gigantically pregnant. My 18-month old daughter and I came down with a wicked cold and I ran in to get some medicine. I left her and my husband out in the car (bc I didn't trust him getting what I needed) and thus, left my keys with the CVS "discount" tag with them.

      Upon checkout- of which NO ONE was stationed at the register and a huge line was forming... I mentioned I didn't have my tag. The guy tried looking up my card by my phone number and for some reason it didn't come up. So he tells me I NEED TO GO GET THE KEY TAG. Seriously?!? SERIOUSLY?!?! I NEEDED TO GO WADDLE MY PREGNANT ASS OUT TO THE CAR TO GET MY KEYS SO I COULD SAVE A FEW BUCKS ON THEIR OVER-PRICED COUGH SYRUP?!?!? I was pretty surprised they didn't just AS A COURTESY let me use a store card.

      Ugh. Beyond annoyed.

      This drug store is not very old but it seems to already be worn down, worn out, something worn. Very often they don't have what I need in stock. They always seem to be "waiting on the delivery truck".

      The location is convenient which is why I even bother to stop here. There is plenty of traffic at their intersection and lots of residents nearby. Not sure why they don't step up their game more.

      Pharmacist treated me like I was an idiot and was just all around rude. I'll drive further to a different pharmacy next time.

      I placed an order for photos online and I came in to get them and they were butchered..half the picture was cut off...so I asked the guy helping me if I could reprint them in store and he said no there's nothing he can do for me. How can you offer something online and when you come to pick it up in store it's not even what you ordered and the manager won't even let you change it? Poor customer service, thank God I asked to see what they looked like or I would've wasted money on something that wasn't what I ordered! Pathetic

      Pharmacy review only: came here to pick up a needed prescription medicine when traveling through. This location is conveniently located and had a drive through. The pharmacist was very helpful, kind and answered all my questions. Took care of grabbing me a few things for me too. Overall a great staff and great experience.
