      This CVS is SO MUCH BETTER now. On 7/31/11, I went in for a few things. Found everything. Even things I didn't really need. And I got them all. Happily paid as the 2nd person in line. Cashier was pleasant. Store was clean and well stocked, too. Thanks CVS!

      Disorganized.

      I had taken the time to order multiple photos for an event and had it printed at this location only to get told

      "Our machine is broken".


      Okay. Then why was I able to order? Why wasn't I notified this?

      Do better, CVS.

      The emergency vet down the street called in a prescription to this CVS. Within minutes of it being called in, it was filled. We arrived at almost pharmacy closing time to pick it up, but the staff didn't show it. They allowed us to pick it up and be on our way in less than 5 minutes. They were professional and quick.

      Customer service means alot to me and I am tried of people getting away with poor customer service. I called and got the run around yesterday, I call back today and stayed on hold for 15 min know one every came to the phone,I hang up and someone answers I tell the lady what just happened and she says nothing Not im sorry about that nothing something that simple would have put my hold I went through at ease. I do not know where companies have went wrong with customer service but we need to get it back. I will not stand for rudeness
      So its Friday I come to pick up my medicine and it still is not correct something needs to be DONE

      Not even a one star. Don't get covid shot here. The workers suck. They ware slippers around the building. I will never go back.

      I was in the CVS on 6920 Bowie Laurel road in Bowie MD on June 27th. I went to purchase Almond milk. The cash registered noticed that the milk was expired on June 28th and asked me if I still wanted it. I said no of course and went to another store. She placed the milk on the table. I did not return to the store until 14 days later on July 10 to print out pictures from my phone. When I turned to get my pictures from the machine there were 3 containers of almond milk dated June 28th on top of the photo machine. They were bloated because it was filled with gas since it was old. Next to the machine were two crates filled with juice that had the date of June 21 and ice cream. Then there was a huge bag of trash. There is also a basket with protein bars under the counter of where people print out their pictures. When I returned today it is still there! I am horrified that the store still had all of these items out for DAYS. I will never buy food or any items from this CVS again. I have pictures below to show how they take care of their store. Just terrible!

      I've been getting prescriptions from here for a while and seem to always have an issue. They're not organized nor attentive to your needs. I recently needed a prescription transferred from another pharmacy and I was told it would take a few hours. I came in the next day and it still wasn't ready and no one knew where my information was. I truly understand the hustle and bustle within a pharmacy being that I've worked in pharmacy for 10 years. But there should still be some type of cohesiveness within the pharmacy to better serve your customers. No prescription is to "minor". I will be going to another pharmacy from now on.

      I visited yesterday. I had to run in for two quick items so I was literally in the store for all of 5 minutes. I am writing this review because Alex the cashier had such a positive attitude and i have thought of it all the way until this morning. His great service made me want to make sure I give him his accolades.
      I walked in the store yesterday rushing to find what i needed he said "hi welcome to CVS" and i didn't even notice until moments after that he was greeting me. I went and found my total of 3 items which was aquaphor and two reeses products he asked me if i found everything i needed. I kind of laughed because i only had the 3 items two of which i grabbed at the last minute and were super easy to find because they were right under the register. His whole demeanor was just sweet and really pleasant. I have read some of the reviews about this CVS but honestly if Alex is still there i will still come back. It was truly refreshing to see such simple and great customer service.

      Customer service was horrible. They were so rude and condescending. I went in to pick up 2 prescriptions. One I had been calling about and they assured me it would be ready and it wasn't. Another I had watched them put the prescription into the system and I came in to pick it up and was told it wasn't in the system... needless to say I do not suggest going here. Find a different place.

      I had been using this CVS pharmacy for many years. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens in January. I was in CVS to pick a prescription after visiting my physician. The pharmacist was yelling a pharmacy tech so loud I was 3 aisles away and heard every word he was saying. He was so rude to her and hitting his chest with his hands. I then witnessed the same pharmacist make inappropriate comments to a customer about how she looked. After getting my prescription I went to the front of the store and asked a cashier to speak to the manager. She rudely told me that she was in a meeting. I told I didn't care to get her because I needed to talk to her.
      I immediately transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens.
      Today I get a text from CVS saying I had a prescription to pick up. I called them and informed CVS once again I will never go back to their store and why were they filling my prescriptions because Walgreens informed them in January to transfer my prescriptions. I was told my physician called them -- not true they called him for a refill they have no more refills on because my physician had sent all my prescriptions to Walgreens in January
      Good Bye CVS you once had good pharmacist but now I don't trust your pharmacist. Please stop lying to me about my physician calling you when he knows I don't use you anymore and I checked with him you called him.
