Cuts by US

It is a terrible I just went their today, their nice people but this is not the best. When I saw myself in the mirror I almost wanted to cry.

I went into Cuts by US for a trim and it was the worst mistakes ever! The hairstylist held my bangs straight up above my head then cut them down to scalp length. I sat forward and said, "They're so short!"
"Oh, I was talking and wasn't paying attention," was all she said.
I was mortified and humiliated to be seen like that. It took six months for my head to grow back.

Overall it's not a bad place to get a haircut however the barber that cut my hair it felt as if she was in a hurry and she missed some spots the the back of my neck area but overall she honestly did pretty good!!!

Blonde Stylist / Barber not friendly, did not make conversation. Had a strange technique for cutting hair, which made me question whether she is licensed. I tried talking to her but she couldn't bring herself to be anything but just strange. Blew me off with hot air, poked me with her finger to get me to lean forward, did not show me my hair when done.

After moving here from Oregon, one of my biggest challenges was finding someone to cut my thin, baby fine hair. I tried 2 salons that charged more than my average grocery bill to snip a few hairs...with horrible results at both. Then I stumbled on Cuts by Us and Bridgette gave me a great hair cut....for $14!!!! Thank you, I'll be back.

Worst experience ever! I brought my two kids to get haircuts and I explained what I wanted done as both ladies rolled their eyes. Jan and Cheryl were our "stylist". They were so rude that another customer in the lobby even got my attention to point to the "questions or concerns please call..." I will be calling with my concerns and when you go don't ask for either of these women! One of my kids looks like I buzzed it with a weed eater! Terrible cut and even worse customer skills. Really how can you have the attitude of a celebrity stylist when you can barely use a pair of trimmers?!

I usually wouldn't go to a chain to get my hair done, but I heard they had a girl that waxed amazing eyebrows, after getting my eyebrows done I decided to let her cut my hair and she did a spectacular job! Great experience all around, also it was very inexpensive. I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Michelle!
