Custom Klimates

I noticed our downstairs unit was blowing warm air. My husband asked me to contact Custom Klimates because the owner lives on our street. I called and someone answered immediately and she had a tech, Alex Crawford, show up that same day. I have seen a decline is customer service across the board so I was waiting to be disappointed again. Boy was I super surprised at how knowledgeable and professional Alex was about our HVAC units. He serviced and cleaned both units and replaced capacitors in both units. We are, from now on, on a maintenance plan with Custom Klimates so we don't have to worry about when our units need to be serviced, they handle all the future scheduling. We were very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Have used Custom Klimates for ~1 year for some commercial work and they have gone above and beyond for all my commercial installations. Their pricing is very competitive and they get the equipment in stock and the work done quick with high quality results.

I have only used them for a thermostat change for my own residential needs but even that was A+ work. Based on my commercial experience with them I will be using them at my home when my 18 year old system goes out as I will know the quality of the work.
