Crunchy's

Great college place! Super fun atmosphere. And they have trivia. Burgers are delicious.

I am bit seasoned for a college bar, but Crunchy's is in its own league, identifiable with Michigan State, but standing on its own as one of the greatest drinking holes in the Midwest.

Manny was my bartender, and he's an ambassador for East Lansing, Crunchy's, Michigan State, and the upper Midwest. His mastery of an eclectic amount of subjects made Manny perhaps the best conversationalist since Cicero. I had a blast at Crunchy's and hopefully I can return soon to enjoy the drinks, food, and camaraderie of Crunchy's.

Great food, friendly and efficient service, fun location to watch sports, play trivia, or karaoke, and great beer selection.

Crunchy's is a fun, social atmosphere to meet up with friends. There is a room with pinball machines, and they even have karaoke nights, which is what I went to watch. (I was amazed at how talented some of the participants were!)

We were told there was a wait, but ended up being seated much sooner than the expected wait time. I liked that the booths have napkin dispensers and condiments like mayo for convenience.

I was ecstatic to find out that they had M-43 Tart Strawberry on tap, instead of in the can and had to order it.

I ordered the Black & Bleu Burger for my entree because I am an avid bleu cheese lover and I was very impressed. It comes with bacon, pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce, and a pretzel bun. The fries were thick-cut and delicious.

My friend ordered the 'Shrooms Basket of deep fried mushrooms. I wouldn't have thought to order this, but I really liked them once I tried them!

Service was great, very friendly and attentive.

The bar had a classic dive bar look and feel. That was great.

Apps were very flood and fresh. Fried pickles and Mozzarella sticks were very good.

Burgers were a disappointment. A pet peeve of mine is asking me how I want my burger cooked and still getting it delivered well done. On top of that the burger was a frozen patty.

I would try the pizza if I go back as the marinara sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks was great.

I usually love Crunchy's. Ordered the black and bleu burger. Not bad, but me and my ass got in a fight after I ate and let's just say the burger wasn't the only thing that was black and blue. Solid mayonnaise though.

This is your typical college karaoke or games or something bar. Not anything crazy but always an interesting time. I've never looked at the food menu while I'm there but ik they have burgers and such

Hopefully you are an MSU fan if you step into this bar because they don't have a positive things to say about other teams. Lots of MSU paraphernalia. Nice beer on tap choices. Good food, lots to choose from. Think our waiter was a little green and he was not very attentive plus he couldn't hear me/ us at our table .fun atmosphere! Definitely a place to stop in landing.

The food here is OK as far as bar food I guess it's a good place to go when you're a college student on a budget....
The service is pretty good. It's usually a very busy place so it's kinda hard I personally feel for the waitresses and waiters to give you more personal service....
They could use a facelift on the whole place....

Our family loves Crunchy's especially on game days! We order shareable apps like corn dogs, tots and wings. The burgers here are unbelievably good every time.
