Amazing cookies! Great service and friendly atmosphere! A bit expensive but most of the time it's worth it

I debated giving 1 star, but it just didn't feel right. This place opening was one of the worst things that could have happened for my wife and I. We went from a healthy eating family to avid Crumbl Cookie die hard fans. There is not a weekend that goes by where we don't look at each other at some point and say "should we make a quick trip".

Seeing how this location is 4 minutes from our front door, all we do is crave these wonderful cookies. My wife and I love to try the new flavors and very rarely find one we don't like. Luckily, we do have some restraint, but not enough.

My only complaint is that they keep the inside of the shop SO BRIGHT, I literally have to squint my eyes when I go in. That is a small bit of pain that I have considered worth the suffering to enjoy these great cookies.

YUM! I was so excited to hear a crumbl cookie was being added to the shopping center by me! The service was quick and the associate brought the cookies to my car timely. It's a fairly small shopping center tucked back near Home Depot. The Apple maps location shows it being next door to Home Depot but it's actually closer to Nik's and Domino's.

They have new flavors every week but their chocolate chip is one of my top favorites.

Yall are great, i have been coming here multiple times a week every week since you guys have opened. I gotta say hands down the best thing you guys have ever had here is the cinnamon square.. and it shows.. i got it the first day and have come for it every day after and its been sold out. I recommend making more and keeping this on the roster because once again. HANDS DOWN THE BEST cookie yall have ever had.

Another yummy cookie. So sorry, but I didn't get the name of it. It's chocolate with peanut butter. I came in today, easy parking, right up front. There was a lady ahead of me with an order being packed. Looked like a big order. So I waited, just a couple minutes. When her order was done and packed up. A young lady came over and asked what I'd like. I said I got a text message for a free cookie for my birthday. She made a few clicks on her iPad, and then flipped it around for me to scan my QR code. She asked which cookie i'd like, I just pointed to the chocolate and peanut butter one. And she packed it up in a beautiful pink box. Super quick transaction, and I was out the door with my birthday cookie. She did wish me a happy birthday as well. And that was really sweet. So happy they are in this shopping center near other places I go to.

ALWAYS fresh, always delicious. Quick and friendly service, and a super clean store. It always smells so so good when you walk in too. I love that you can order on the little kiosk so you can view all the cookies. We can't help ourselves but try 4 every time we go in.

Hands down if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth it's the best way, fresh, creamy, crunchy, big and small, you name it!! Legit packaging, beautiful pink color box which you can take anywhere with you and it will he the center of the crowd, always! Love, love Crumbl Cookies!!!

Good cookies. They're more like thick cake-like cookies if you're into that. They sometimes have odd flavors not always something you'd want.

The quality of cookie is unmatched. They are thick, soft and chewy while remaining structurally intact!
