Super friendly and helpful. Most managers and operators are not so kind, especially when customers are in a hurry or stressed out. They calm you down and work with you to ensure all your needs are met.
Easy access, great hours, next to home depot if you need tape or a rental truck.
They also offer a FREE truck use if you are moving in.
No CRAZY speed bumps that mess up a truck full of stuff.
Air conditioned, super clean, and easy to get in/out.
The help was most friendly. Pricing is the same if not better than ALL other brands in the area. I highly suggest looking around to confirm. This was a winner for me, saving me $10/month.

The only complaint I have is their hours which is that they close everyday at 6:30 pm. And they are closed the entire day on Sunday. Other than that, the place is clean, the staff friendly, and the storage space common areas well lit.

Shortly after renting a unit here I was in a terrible car accident and my husband was killed and I was hospitalized leaving me the single mother of a 4-year-old so my sister-in-law contacted the facility to handle my balance and get set up on auto pay so that I wouldn't have to worry about that bill while I was a recovering and getting my life in order after she made the arrangements I signed forms at the office allowing these changes to be made to my account two months later I arrived at the property with a truck load of my belongings because I'm moving out of state and I find out I'm locked out of my unit I went to the office to find out what was going on the manager was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life and refused to listen to any of my concerns I sat for multiple hours on the property with my belongings while she proceeded to go on a lunch break and close the office and completely disregard any of my concerns she would not give me the information to the corporate office nor could I find a direct number to contact them online I had to send an email to a general management company that manages hundreds of properties so needless to say I probably won't receive a fast response if I had the means at this moment I would move to anywhere else because this is by far the most horrible customer service I've ever received in my life and I've had many storage units and been a loyal customer to several facilities because I own a business and I always have to have the largest unit I'm completely astonished at how terribly I've been treated by the on-site property manager who works 90% of the time and unable to contact anyone directly regarding this issue so I've been charged outrageous fees every single month because they keep failing to put my account on auto pay don't ever bring your belongings here it is a horrible place and you'll be treated like dirt I've spoken to several other residents as well as the other employees here and everyone collectively agrees that the manager is the most Un-American unapproachable rude person ever and should not have her position or be managing this business stay away

1 Star for lack of customer service. Our moving truck company was delayed and we ended up arriving to the storage facility 30-40 minutes before close (7PM).
Luckily, we already rented the unit so all we had to do was unload the truck... but we had less than 30 mins.
Unluckily, the staff member on duty (Nancy) was extremely rude to us and unhelpful. Understandably, we were running late but she simply told us off and did not offer any alternative options.
And she did this in front of other potential customers..
Prior to the moving day, another staff member had let us know that they'd open the gate for us after hours if needed - due to our unique circumstances. Nancy did not honor this and instead, told us that we'd be locked inside the facility after 7PM. LOCKED INSIDE. Could you imagine that?

Becoming more and more frustrated with this place. They continue to raise my rent... more and more. I would understand an occasional increase but what really angers me is I inquired about the same size unit 2 units down from mine and it was considerably less. I have been here at least 6 years and someone new is paying less than me? I sent an email, I never hear back from them when I email but I will see what they say. Really miss Jessica at this location, she was the best!

I have very bad experience with them
I'm renting a unit since 9 years and they rasing the price every year I always pay in time.
I referred my friend to get one there
They give her same one like mine with lower price I'm paying $275. They gave her a month free and for $204. I got shocked
When I asked to apreciat my long term with them and give me discount or the rate like her they refused
So I did ask to move me to a new one the same with the new price they refused

We apologize for your frustration with the rental increases. Unfortunately, just like the general cost of living increases each year, so do operating costs for our business. While we sincerely appreciate your loyalty and sticking with us for many years, these increases are a normal part of the storage industry -- whether you store with us at Crown Valley or elsewhere. Additionally, when our competitors change their rates, we have to adjust in order to stay viable.
We do very much appreciate you referring your friend, who as a new tenant, qualified for a discount promotion upon move-in. We regret to inform you that this new tenant promotion does not apply retroactively to existing tenants. It does appear that you have spoken with our staff (as well as our District Manager) and they have offered to reduce your rate. They can also assist you in downsizing to a smaller storage unit should you want to cut costs further.
We deeply value your feedback and hope to continue serving your storage needs.

Yelp has decided to make an incredibly important review "Not Recommended" so I'll be copying and pasting the text of that review below:
Thousands of dollars of personal possessions including a rare Persian rug, my kids childhood artwork and papers and stuffed animals, antiques and rolls of designer fabric were all damaged and destroyed while in our storage unit due to a serious termite infestation. Fun fact - termites will eat anything organic that contains cellulose when they swarm. The owners offered to "settle" this with us without having to resort to insurance claims and then offered to help move our damaged items to another unit and knock ONE MONTH off our rent.
Are you kidding me? Even after they saw the damage they continued to show units on either side of ours knowing there was an infestation in the entire building (ceilings and halls are all open and connected). They claimed that no one else was affected but this is simply impossible with open spaces and halls. I am presently afraid to go back to my unit due to the trauma of having the bugs swarming at us when we came to move the rug out, and the amount of damage in the ceiling makes me very nervous about the building as well. Do yourself and your precious items a favor and go to another place! Inspect for termites and ask what they do to monitor! My unit was broke in, all my personal precious were stolen. The management keep telling me and police investigator the security footage is not available due the technical issues. I've had storage unit in mission viejo for over 10 years, never had this happened to me. First year I moved here, this happened. Think twice before you make the decis.
