On Sunday - Thursday we have a package deal which is 5 general movies for 5 days for $5.50. Also you can have 4 general movies and 1 new one but the new release has to come back the next day. That includes a new Bluray, old bluray, and Tv shows. On Friday and Saturday there are no package deals New tv shows are $3.50 for 2 days and old Tv shows are $2.50 for 5 days. And the regular prices are $3.25 for new releases for 1 day , $2.50 for general movies for 5 days. $4.00 for 1 day for new release bluray and $3.50 for 5 days for old blurays. Our late fee for new release is $3.00 a day and $.50 a day for general movies. We polish the movies before they are rented out and we credit any movies that do not play properly. This is one of the last vestiges of a once predominant way to see movies at home. The selection is wonderful ranging from brand new releases to the old classics and almost everything in between. This is no little hole-in-the-wall either, and it is chalk full of dvds.
The service is excellent and they have a great weekday special on movies. Really worth a check out, and perhaps cheaper than the streaming of similar items.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Molly S.San Luis Obispo, CA113Nov 11, 2017
I love that SLO still has a video store. Great place, friendly and helpful employees.

This video store holds a dear place in my heart. It's the one I always went to growing up. I loooove Crossroads video. I like to go to Nucci's, order dinner, walk to Crossroads, grab a video, then pick up my dinner. Perfect.
Crossroads is locally owned (support such businesses!) and has a gumball machine inside. If you get a blue gumball, you get 1 dollar credit. Old movies are $1 and NEW movies are $3- which is UNHEARD of these days. They make it simple and affordable to rent movies. None of this $6.98 crap like Blockbuster.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Rachel W.Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong353714420Jun 27, 2011
I go here everything I visit my sister in SLO, and with all the big businesses of videos closing down, its so nice to see something locally owned rocking with business. People are always in there! I love the 5-for$5 deals, and that they are still holding onto the VHS movies, because there probably are people who don't have a DVD player yet! :) Nice people inside. Great place.

Thank God for this video store! We have a second home in Avila Beach and we don't have cable. This video store has great videos. It's so nice just to throw on a CD. It's also fun to go to the store and browse. I really miss that!

Highly recommend this video store. They always have new released movies available on hand and you can request to "reserve" a new release movie. New release Blueray DVD movies are $4.00 and New Release regular DVD movies are $3.00. New release movies are due the following day. They also offer "5 movies for $5.00 for 5days." Or referred to as the 5/5/5 Deal. This deal is available Sunday through Thursday I believe. You get one new release movie (excludes Blueray) and four other movies that are not "new release." The customer service is excellent and the employees really make an effort to remember your name.

A place where you can still rent movies - DVDs and VHS. They even have a classics section.

I've been going to Crossroads for several years and the selection of films is quite impressive. My favorite days to go are Sun-Thurs, as the 5 movies for 5 days for 5 dollars deal is one of the best bargains in town.

I'm so thankful that we still have a video store in our town! I have been a customer of Crossroads for years and it really is an asset to our community. They have a wide selection of movies and I'm not sure how they always seem to have the video I'm looking for. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is really nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of a movie.
Tip: You can have Nuccis deliver their food along with a movie. Perfect for a night when you don't feel like cooking!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carlos M.Atascadero, CA138268129Nov 28, 2012
Great local business. I'm so glad they are still here. Best of all you can get your video delivered with a pizza from Nucci's next door.
