Crossfire

My family and I have used Crossfire many times and have always had good luck with them. They installed a new Navien tankless water for us and it was such a good decision.

I work has maintenance technician for a hotel in palm springs and crossfire always helps out with repairs or questions. There team knows a lot about issues with boilers and plumbing.

I called Crossfire to get a quote on a tankless water heater. They came out and gave me a great price. They sent their staff out who came on time and were courteous and did a great job!!! I highly recommend this company

I had a leak in my garage from my tankless hot water heater. I made an appointment, I had to wait 7 days for a tech. I was scheduled between 8-10 am. At 10:30 after hearing nothing, I called them. They told me they were too busy to come on that day. They wanted to make an appointment for another day in the future. I took the day off for this appointment, I told them. No apology, no assistance at all.
I called KC's 23 1/2 hour plumbing and got them to come out right away. They did a great job at the right price.

I live in Bermuda Dunes where their employee was working outside. I interrupted him to ask him if he was working on our whole building since I was experiencing a plumbing issue. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing to show me where the main shut off valves were and answer my questions. I wish I would've got his name to acknowledge in the post
