      I have a car loan with this bank at Central and Woodlawn and was harassed over 9 cents. I was sent emails that my 9 cents balance was delinquent over 10 days. I deposited 826.00 and I told the teller to pay 181 on the car she said its 181.09 I said pay it all please. I deposited 826.00 that day. Why would I not want to pay 9 cents? What the hell can you do with 9 cents in 2023? I was sent emails and harassed over pennies. Woe to you who get a mortgage with this company or have a actual car payment that is behind. I was sent emails to resolve a matter I did not cause. I am angry, I am dissapointed and I will not be doing business with this bank in the future. I would say the word for this was PETTY. This is not FRIENDLY treatment.

      I have banked her for over 20 years. Two mortgages and more car loans than I can count. They used to treat me like a customer now I feel as if they believe that I am trying to scam them This is my third trip here to have an insurance check endorsed so that I can pay my roofer. Each time I come it is a different story and another box needs checked to accomplish this. Today after about 30 more minutes the check was deposited and a check cut for my roofing company. Tommy, The manager at the east Harry branch speaks to his customers as if they are his employees. After making me feel as if I am trying to scam them he left me in his office with customer info open on his screen. I have taken my last loan with them.

      This is not the main branch. It's one of the satellites around town to stop and do a little banking, get some cash for the road. Friendly people get you in and quickly!

      Checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, they have it all!

      First and foremost the employees are great. My poor rating has to do with them pulling the tellers out of the branch and making you deal with aa computer screen

      I went to the drive through window. I couldn't reach the buttons needed to do thE transaction so I had too pull around and go inside. There were three other people ple standing in line and all of us were talking about how we dislike the way the bank is going with no real employee interaction.
      It went from me enjoying going to this branch to truly despising havingvto ddeal withvthem in such a disconnected way. One thing is for suree, they didn't make this move with customers (members) in mind

      I've also had an INTRUST Bank account for yearrs, and I've noticed myself changing your banking habits due to INTRUST stilL having real live tellers on location. I've moved my automatic bill pays to INTRUST as well ass my direct deposits from my employer. Now I just keep a low balance in CUofA so I don't have to deal with the complete lack customer service.
      I went and made my last car payment today and I feel like I had the joy of making that payment stolen from me due too zero employee interaction

      It's truly sad to see good customer service go by the wayside due to higher ups making dUmb decisions that affect the members
