Crate & Barrel Outlet

This location has been open for about a year, and has more stock filled to the walls. There were some leather sofas available, but none matched the color I was looking for. According to the salesman, most of these items are from the factory, and may have been declined or did not meet specifications. I did see that some were noted with broken legs and were dirty, but 30% off this weekend helped bring in the customers. I still feel their costs were high to begin with, so a sale would not necessarily be a bargain. Oh well, I'll continue my search for black leather sofas at the right cost and style...

I visited Crate and Barrel Outlet last week. I moved to California from east cost and I needed all furniture for my new home. Crate and Barrel Outlet, has great options as long as you don't mind a little dents or scratch or sometimes small damages. However, keep in mind you get designer furniture, good quality that has been refurbished at outlet price and you will be able to save good amount of money. Additionally, they have a great associates. After purchasing my furniture I've noted some parts of the furniture it was missing and I wasn't aware of that until it got delivered!
Ana and Veronica went above and beyond to help me out and find the parts that a needed for my bedroom set.
I would recommend to you to follow their IG before you make a drive because their good deal go fast!

I stumbled into this random store after a Karma rescue mixer down here in Manhattan Beach.
This a pop-up outlet store that will close in May/June of this year. It's mostly as a result of surplus from the early pandemic days. When people were home, bored and shopping.

Lots of cool furniture, and random items, esp rn lots of Christmas items are here. Including LED lit Xmas trees. Haven't bought anything yet, window shopping for a condo we purchased. List is: rugs, bookcases, scones, bathrooms mirrors.

I heard many folks in- store complaining of the prices. But these are massive couch sets, and really cool designs. If ya want something totally cheap, there's IKEA. But honey I'm over my college dorm furniture days. You get exactly what you pay for. And have you been to Montecito? This is a cake-walk.

I'll be back, I have a check-list in mind. I'm excited! Yeaaaaaah.

We got two lovely chairs.

New furniture needed and wanted to check something out other than Wayfair, Ashley Furniture, etc but didn't want to spend too much money so thought we'd check this place out.

Great news: deals can go from 30-60% off dependent on the type of furniture. There are signs everywhere to tell you. We were looking at couches and nightstands. Unfortunately, there weren't any identical nightstands for each side of the bed so no go there. There were some decent couches there though, as well as dining chairs, office/media tables, etc.,

Bad news: several bad news. It's an outlet because something is usually wrong with the furniture (dents, wood chips, dirty, missing a handle, etc.,) so you have to determine if the price is right to buy that piece of furniture. The other bad thing is you have to figure out delivery methods. They do not deliver.

Another thing to remember, once you hold or buy the item, you have 2 hours to change your mind. It might be because it may be difficult to figure out delivery. And with that said, no returns.

It was cool to check out but I'd probably not come back.

Another successful week at the outlet! With a new house to furnish, I have been visiting this location every couple weeks and sure enough, items on my list eventually pop up! From large floor mirrors to marble side tables, the crate & barrel outlet has been so helpful as we decorate each room. The value is incredible and the team there is so helpful!
I recommend following their Instagram and checking their stories daily for their newest deliveries. Also- be patient if there's something specific you're looking for.

Umm... don't waste your time unless you got nothing better to do and you are in the area wants to get some steps in for the day.

The stuff are so random, and yes I understand at outlet you obviously would have to dig and you may or may not find stuff you like. But the stuff here are sooo damaged it's nuts. Maybe some people don't mind the damage if the price is right... but the fact they are not deeply discounted to reflect the deeply damaged products really bothered me!

There are lots of other shops in this plaza and parking was easy so at least you can make a trip to somewhere else too. If you don't mind wasting your time, sure go see how bad it is yourself LOL

Amazing service here and the greatest stuff! The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Patti, Nicole, and Irene were so helpful and we will be coming back until they close this December.

The location here is nothing like the ones in the Bay Area where I was spoiled with housewares, textiles, and furniture. This one just has a lot of couches and dressers, a good chunk of them slightly damaged.

The workers won't hover you but also can't really advise you due to the sheer size of the story. It quite big of a store. Tons of people outside that can also deliver so it worth asking their price before going during with CB.

I've been several times and I will continue to go!!! Stephanie is SUPER helpful! I've found some great pieces of furniture. It's an outlet so some items are definitely damaged but this outlet carries items that were ordered then canceled/turned away by customer. Some items are new in the box!!!
We just bought the outdoor furniture that we wanted and are thrilled. If you love a deal, have patience (or luck) then this is the place for you!
