Crafty Designs Invitations

Wouldn't even give a 1 star, but had to select a star to post review.

My brother and his bride gave this owner sooo many chances. 1st she was an hour late to the initial appt. 2nd she informed them they the paper was unavail. 3rd they paid in full, never signed a contract and after being told the paper wasn't avail, they wanted to cancel the order. They were told the could not receive a full. 4th the mock up had the wrong grooms name. 5th although the bride informed them of incorrect groom name, the invites were still printed with the wrong name. 6th the wax seal was adhered to the invitation. So when the seal was opened, it tore the invite.

All of this is beyond unacceptable. What a disaster.

I had everything printed for my wedding from Invitations, Rehearsal Invites, Details Card and Thank You's. She was even able to do the envelopes for me as I found not many companies are able to go that with a PDF.
Will definitely recommend her anyone in need of printing services and will be using her in the future as well!

We got the laser cut shimmery rose gold invitations and they were stunning! We got tons of compliments from guests who said it was the most beautiful invitation they've ever seen. Others said that they didn't want to throw it away after the wedding because they were so nice. Shakina was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with the back & forth discussions and all the little changes we had to make to the addressing. We highly recommend Crafty Designs :)

Shakina recently handled the task of printing my wedding invitations and envelopes. She was very professional, extremely easy to get ahold of through the whole process, quick to get back to me every single one of the several times I changed the details and required a new quote, and got everything printed in less than 24 hours once we were ready to move forward with the job. What more could you ask for? After picking up my invitations (which looked amazing), I found myself wondering if I had anything else coming up in the future, just so that I could have the chance to work with Shakina again!

The owner of this business is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. My sister hired her for wedding invitations. The invitations would not seal. She contacted the owner about the issue and the owner proceeded to call my sister a "bridezilla". My sister handled this matter very cordially and we were very surprised by the owner's response and unwillingness to work with her to resolve the issue. We do not recommend this business. Seek services elsewhere if you want quality invitations and good customer service.

Shakina is amazing! She designed and printed my wedding invitations and menu cards. They were absolutely beautiful and I received countless compliments from my wedding guests. I ordered my wedding invitations pretty late and she did a great job getting my order to me on time and just as I wanted them. Worked with me to choose paper colors, fonts, and different style of printing. Way nicer than any online printing and still at a good price. I am so happy with the results. Would definitely recommend Crafty Design! :)
